Everyone but us. Is the end near for surgical as we know it. There is a plan. Just starting to unfold.
I literally have not met one satisfied rep in this division since working here. Everyone puts on a fake face around our incompetent leadership and then trashes them behind their backs. (Deservedly) Even Regional Managers have had enough behind closed doors.
Be done with the farce that is "Surgical". Roll all of the products into other ZB sales channels and sell or shutdown whatever doesn't fit. Prediction is that the sports guys will be the big winners if they're up for it. BTW, how the heck is NF in charge of surgical? Yeah, let's put a finance guy in charge of sales and marketing. What could go wrong?

We picked up pickled beets yesterday. Greg Roche said we can monetize the beets and use the jars as leverage for capital. Huntington and US Bank signed off on it. By the time the banks come to collect on the horse-shit we've pulled Roche and Neil will be valet drivers at Outback SteakHouse.
The irony is that the whole place is filled with lawyers, wanna be lawyers, spouses of lawyers, and staff attorneys. Chicken Parm!!!

How do you run a business with no true leadership. Lots of micro managing.
An appendage has no brain. ZSurg is an appendage. Auto Pilot is the norm. Stupid is what stupid does.
Change is coming. The only question is when will they pull the trigger?
This I still unbelievable how far the division has fallen and how miserable everyone sounds. I was a longtime Surgical rep (distributor rep first then corporate). I got out before I became a sacrifial lamb (even though I was a multi year awards winner). When leadership is facing shortcomings, they need to turnover territories and buy time. Jon and Brad are masters at this. Greg is narcissistic criminal. He will do anything to remain afloat, even if illegal. I cannot believe that ZB allows this catastrophe to continue. Leave now folks, trust me. I'm in such a better place than that toxic culture.
Surgical leadership has one goal: hit their bonus target anyway they can. They are blind to anything else. The CT gang has big changes planned for Surgical. Tick tock.
When a company doesn't care about their own inventory or the traceability of the products you know your in trouble. Inventory is way out of control. AND NO ONE CARES! They have a number if where they want to be at a certain date!. Its a run away freight car! Your right all about the bonus! They no longer care about the quality only QUANTITY! Tick Tock.
So what's going in the new distribution center in Mississippi? Dover surgical or warsaw products?
