ZB Kentucky

It's official, we've been told to be quiet. I knew it was a matter of time before they attempted to silence us. The way things go around here is is ridiculous. The "leadership" team makes a comment to someone not on the leadership team and then next thing you know the whispers start and has spread through the building. It's amazing how nothing get's relayed directly from the "leadership" team it's always through the mill because they can't keep things to themselves to be announced properly. When is the "leadership" team going to realize they have a mole actually more than one? There is a reason everyone already knows what it is going on before they make any formal announcements.

Mole #1 let’s give a round of applause to JP
Mole #2 the big single guy who I saw hitting on a former employee at the bar
Mole #3 the guy on your team sleeping with staff-think staff doesn’t talk...
Mole #4 riding in on an elephant. CH. can’t keep her mouth shut.
Mole #5 your whole organization trying to figure out how to walk out on you or get rid of you

You should add “can’t have social media nor social interaction with anyone” if you are an employee here. It’s clear you don’t want your employees to use the World Wide Web with the giant white erase board you put in our office to write down our goals. Had to ask for a dolly multiple times -need to do my job. Now you ask us to stop talking to former employees? Why? No one would ask that unless they are guilty of something. I will not stop talking. And I know JP won’t either.

Go JP!!! Get the ship!!!

I bet they wish they still paid for our cell phones now. They truly probably think we are dumb enough to use their computers on here. So glad, this is my personal cell phone.

"Our mission is to create a culture
and company of selfless leaders
by taking ownership, showing
vulnerability, while being
humble and disciplined."

I'm trying to figure out what part the mission statement MO & JS created they follow.

Taking Ownership - This means NOT placing the blame on anyone but themselves when things go wrong or sales drop.
Showing Vulnerability - Oh come on now ... Little man (JS) never shows vulnerability
Being Humble - Have you not met MO? Anyone who has met him knows he's the least humble and most arrogant person they know. Stir in a little man and you have a time bomb ticking through the KY territory.
Being Disciplined - I think it mean disciplining - spanking sales reps when they are "negative" (honest) and laughing about it while doing it.

they never paid for our cell phones. that was back in the good 'ole stallings days, before mo & js took that expense away but still expected us to use our cell phones to run their business.

Noncompetes will hold up. Senior DePUY rep left a few years back to go corporate, not sales, and his distrust or went after him full force. Same is happenening with the crew that jumped to SN

What if I am an operations person and not a sales person wanting to go to a competitor as an operations person?

The best way to decimate this territory would be to drug test all of them, over half of their operations teams would be let go as well as their sales force. Now of course, ZB wouldn’t do this because they can’t afford to lose the sales, but this really is something that should be looked into, it is a true safety hazard to facilities and patients.

SN lawyers will look over your non competes. I am sure they gave them the go ahead to come on over. SN will pay you to take a year off if you bring enough business with you and they feel non compete might hold. Look into your States recent cases. Not many holding up these days.

Was it the guy that left for Paxeon? Never could figure that one out, he had a pretty good marketshare

Which one? JA is signed on as a 1099 for ZB while doing his side thing with other companies, Dr. C is one of the largest joint surgeons in the country and he will dictate with JA sells based off of what he wants to use. So they allow JA to get away with working for multiple orthopedic companies because of his doctors market share but don't allow others. And CB was left alone bc they were still trying to keep some of Dr. Pughes business. They follow no standardization process when it comes to people leaving and how they determine if they are going to pursue, it's strictly only done when they are being vindictive based if they like people or not.

ZIMMER BIOMET CORPORATE GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Respect the contributions and perspectives of all Team Members.

JS & MO do not do this … they hear you out and then question you until you start to doubt yourself and you basically walk away defeated. They don’t want the perspectives of their team members and when they are given they are written off as negative and belittled.

Commit to the highest standards of patient safety, quality and integrity.

This obviously isn’t the case.

They are using off label products

They leave expired inventory on the shelves

They don’t drug test after starting your employment with them (knowing their sales force uses illegal drugs)

They run so thin on inventory that sometimes the inventory isn’t even at the facility when it is time for the case to start

They have sales reps in the field untrained walking into cases

Focus our resources in areas where we will make a difference.

They focus their resources in areas of meeting after meeting where nothing gets accomplished from it. They have a dozen plus sales reps that still need to be trained. They truly do have a lot of resources in talking, that’s all they do … talk about each other.

Ensure the company’s return is equivalent to the value we provide our customers and patients.

That’s not happening… just look at their sales numbers

Give back to our communities and people in need.

They did help a family at Christmas time. They have also fired several people for no known reason and gone on the attack of them … so they give but they take more.
Way to go guys, you can't follow your own mission statement... Nor can you follow Corporate's Guiding Principles.

I knew BM . His "team" threw him under the bus when he left. His distributor went for the jugular. It didn't end well. That was awhile ago. Maybe they've lightened up on noncompetes.
