Expectations of Business Partners

Zimmer Biomet expects its Business Partners to act with the same high level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices as Team Members. Zimmer Biomet requires its Business Partners to adhere to this Code and all provisions contained herein. We also require Business Partners to comply with other company policies and procedures, including relevant Compliance Manuals issued by the company, and to refrain from engaging individuals or entities that appear on Zimmer Biomet’s Restricted Parties List.

The problem with leadership is TE tells ES everything ES tells BS and SD and then BS tells us. No one knows because customer service is always left.

TE has always been the problem with everything trickling down into the operations team. She truly doesn’t know how to keep her mouth shut, and being MO’s sister she just simple blames it on someone else or says I don’t know. MT, JE don’t help either, they are constantly talking about things going on with operations/sales members.

As far as ES, BS, and SD are concerned this is so true ES tells them what is going on and then BS fills in customer service, this is because ES and SD have already filled in the warehouse. Leaving customer service in the dark. This example is a perfect example as to why you don’t hire family members, especially ones that live together.

ES would have been a wonderful employee and gone above and beyond in her job if it weren’t for MO & JS hiring her mom and sister, now she’s turned into the rest of them and is part of the gossip circle. It’s really sad to see her fall into their circle.

It’s been unfortunate to watch this company go from a copy that preaches leadership to a big group of bosses and managers that dictate and not lead.
 








I have a question regarding the recent order of current employees to no longer have any contact with former employees, how does this work? Maybe I am a former employees calling to get something my surgeon needs from my former employer? Can you not take my call? Maybe I am a surgical tech working in the OR with a former fellow employee, are they ignore me? Why won’t you LETTUCE be friends who TACO bout it. How can you dictate whose NACHO friend? Why do you like having that MOLE environment?

Have people stopped talking to you? I wouldn't think their team members are going to stop talking to people after reading this thread. It doesn't sound as though they have much respect for the people running the company.
 




This thread has become the laughing stock at corporate and throughout the country. Everyone has seen it and everyone has talked about it and is talking about it. I have yet to find one person that works directly with this distributorship be surprised about anything on this thread or the ZB Ortho Solutions one.

It’s pretty damn sad when not only are you giving warehouse people noncompetes to scare them into staying, but trying to dictate who your sales force talks to. You can urge people not to talk about business and discipline them if you find this is the case. What you can’t do is try and control what people do when they aren’t working. This is just so sad. How about you start making up for your past mistakes and terrible leadership?
 












CH talks about them behind their backs. She’s just waiting for the next opportunity.

How ironic would it be if she replaced them as the new distributor.... just for the simple fact she is a female. I think that would be a genious play by corporate. Even if I don’t think she would be the right person to be next in line.

Am I the only one who doesn’t feel like there is a true open door policy at ZBOS? It never fails if I even try to have a conversation or meeting and they actually find time to speak with me I get asked why I’m being so negative. I get asked 5 million questions as to “why” I feel that way even after I have explained it. Nothing ever changes…. And then I can feel them talking about me the moment I walk away.

Dress Code and Personal Appearance


“In-field male sales reps are to be dressed in dress pants and a clean, pressed, collared shirt with tie.” “… Zimmer Biomet OrthoSolutions, this policy will be strictly Enforced.”


Has this ever been strictly enforced? I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any of my sales guys let alone MO & JS wear a tie.

Provide the highest quality knowledge, like how to use off label items? Trusted associates? There isn’t a fiber in my body that trusts this company or the associates.
