WTF!? Why so many Glint surveys?

Anyone have an idea why so many damn surveys?

Did one set 3months ago.
Did another set today, w/ a message saying "thanks, ... another survey in 3months."

Someone in leadership must own this Glint company, or the consultants own the Glint company.

It’s their way of trying to pretend they are listening to what employees want and need and a constant culture pulse check. Of which no action is ever taken
