Worst Amgen DM ever?

I had the opportunity to work for CK in Dallas awhile back. She was awesome to work for. She had a lot of experience under her belt and I benefited greatly from working under her. Her coaching was fair and relevant. She didn't play favorites and she knew how to motivate and keep us engaged. She was a huge part of my success and career development - and helped me to compete effectively and ultimately, secure a promotion. Frankly, I think a lot of people have a hard time working for an assertive female DM. I have seen it over and over in my 20 years in this industry. The females are always given a bad wrap unless they are super casual, laid back and don't have high expectations. CK was an awesome manager, and person, and I think she was treated unfairly by reps who will never be happy no matter who they work for (i.e. ENTITLED) and upper management who had it out for it via a personal vendetta.

What fking planet do
You live in? Oh so you never worked for her so you have no clue do you. I happen to know just about every Rep she has led since her arrival in Dallas. You are dead wrong sorry. She happened to replace a great Mgr who by the way was ratted out by another rep on a compliance related issue. That Rep is gone now but was toxic for sure. Don't believe
What you hear from a person on that team that should have been fired long ago.

Well...well...well..I will grab a bag of popcorn and watch how a misguided, petty, vindictive new rep slowly but surely gets marginalized by a whole salesforce that KNOWS what she did! No matter your personal opinion of CK, a rep that makes her her mission to get a person fired for their own enjoyment will soon get what they deserve. The new scarlet letter is the letter B!!!!

Haha...he has definitely drawn out this interview process

Speak slowly and don't use polysyllabic words. It takes a long time because he has to look up big words like neophyte and glans in between interviews. This guy is the biggest tool bag you will ever meet. He should have been sterilized. If you don't take the job make him drink bleach; help society!

Had it been any other manager, what he/she did...would not have caused her to be fired. Just saying...

It wasn't egregious at all.

Had it been a manager the RSD liked, this would have been swept under the rug with HR keeping a lid on the crumbs.

Being dark is tough at Amgen. Either be the token master's slave or be yourself and get put out.

Wow, he has come off so relaxed. He said he has turned away a lot of people for this job. I'll speak slower next time lol
