Worst Amgen DM ever?

You do realize those are just a list of accusations from a disgruntled/ fired employee and they were all tossed out except the one in Ohio. Has anyone ever falsely accused you of anything? Think.
"list of accusations.... except the one in Ohio". The fact there is a trend at all tells us what we need to know regardless of whether it was "thrown out". There is a trend w certain managers on this board and it's obvious, especially with the ones mentioned all the way back from the beginning of this thread. Its not just from "disgruntled/fired employees". Nice try accused manager.

I couldn’t agree more. What a waste of a position. No original thoughts of his own and can only quote Values. He has to get approval to send emails from HR. I also just heard he lost another rep on his team. WTF?!

I miss working for MD. The manager I have now is afraid of his shadow. Takes weeks to approve expense reports and for no reason. Unorganized I guess. Ask why so many are leaving his team.

So entertaining! Love these posts from bottom feeders who suck and those who couldn’t make it. Surprised you get WiFi at the Burger King....BTW, your break is over, the fries are ready. Next hour make sure the restrooms are cleaned!

Here’s what I’ve never understood about pharma: why don’t the reps also get to review their managers? It makes no sense to me. Before I got into this industry, I worked for a large company in which the annual review process worked both ways. The manager gave each employee a review, and then the employees reviewed the manager, as well. We worked as teams, so the evaluation came from the entire team so no one person was singled out as saying something potentially negative. The team got together and went through the review format and once everyone reached a consensus, it was submitted to management. With all the nut case managers out there, why in the world doesn’t pharma do this? It’s so backward and not forward-thinking. A lot of problems could be addressed and eliminated in this way. The manager then sat down with the team and discussed the areas where he/she needed improvement. For an industry that prides itself on being innovative, they sure do a lot of seriously stupid things.
