Oh my gosh! Just clicked on this link and read the summary of this book! This is so accurate of what happens at Amgen! I’ve witnessed it and it is BIZARRE! It’s like by some unspoken agreement, everyone just gangs up on one particular person and makes their life a living hell! Reps at this company are back-stabbing and vicious!The quote above comes from an excellent book that Amgen's useless HR dept should read. Also anyone w an Amgen manager you feel is treating you unfairly should read this. It applies to many I'm sure.

The MD I am referring to is a manager in the OBU on the myeloma team in the Mid-Atlantic. He too has quite a reputation among those at Amgen.

Also DMs don’t earn chairmen’s circle, they are gifted it based on their team’s achievements.You mean the MD who won 6 Chairman’s Circles, 5 Team Excellences, Coach of the year, 3 Presidents clubs in his career at AMGEN? I worked for him on Hospital side...best DM ever! Went on 2 team trips in 3 years on his team. You obviously suck and he saw that...reputation...lol! What did you accomplish?
