"World Class" Employee Of The Week

What is integrity to you?

Honesty. Ability to make sound ethical decisions no matter if it means losing you job because your superiors want you to bend the rules, manipulate the data, cover up failures or out right lie about their poor decisions and hang it around their subordinates neck when it goes bad.

Sorry, we don't have any of that here. It is like years ago when Mac quit. FDS asked him why. He said all he had was his reputation and integrity and he was not going to lie to the clients.... FDS said he would just pay him more. Mac walked out. That has happened several other times. Honesty just gets you fired or you have to leave if you won't compromise.

Move on. You will be much happier. I did not know how miserable I was working under the PW management team until I moved on. Everything I was penalized for there I reviceve accolades for at my new company.
The mind set on staging a company to be sold is completely diferent than one being built up for long term growth.

Very well said. I would have to agree in all aspects of your post. There is no better feeling than not being stuck in pw's and his cronies quagmire. Let it be known that there is life after that place. Box + new career + SUCCESS. Top that one pw.

Wow, the only nice thing anyone has said on this board is that they are happy now they don't work here any more.

This really is a toxic place to work, I have been here 11 years and have never seen it so bad.

Watch it! You are an old timer now. PW don't like old timers, they make to much and affect his profit margins.

Has anyone looked through other company boards? Viewers and writers to those blogs actually have positive things to say about their respective companies. Why is life at other companies a good thing and life at AAI a bad thing. In your opinion, what makes AAI a less-than-ideal place to work. I watched the video on AAI's website. "We are the lab down the hall." That one guy stirring a beaker of pH 10 buffer with a pipette looked real cool and smart. I want to be like him.
