Who's dumb enough to "pull for a conference"? Those of us who attended and graduated love their school and all its programs. The whole 1.6 GPA thing is making more sense, if that's what the big southern schools are producing then wherever you went has to be worse. By the way the "conference" you're "pulling for" is 0-2 in the ACC, guess that makes them better doesn't it.

Yeah, because UCLA and John Wooden's 7 in a row and 10 in 13 years is totally meaningless. Seriously, it was only one school, not an entire conference, and they had to play in an actual tournament where the only way to get to the title game was to beat everybody they played, nobody voted those idiots in. Yeah, the bcs "bowl championship" "conference" record of the SUC is absolutely the most dominating run in any sport at any level. Definitely.

You rant is moronic. College football is hands down the the biggest , most popular, most prestigious, most lucrative, most watched, and carries the most national media interest by far of all college sports. The Lil 1o and Pac have not been good in football for most of our lives and have not won very many national iitles in the last 40 years and yet you blame the BCS which has only been iin existance for the last 14 years. What is your excuse for the 30 years prior to 1998. Either go cry to your mommy or go put your big boy pants on but either way you need to wake up to the reality thay your confernce ain`t very good in footbaall which is the most watched and most popular sport in college athletics.

Let`s just say I don`t think ohio st would make it to the title game this year if there would be a playoff. A 4 team playoff is better than a 2 team playoff (BCS) which is better than no playoff which is what we had before. A playoff is a nice excuse to use if you are not very good. My guess is the reults won`t change when a national champion is crowned whether its a 2 team playoff, 4 team, 8 team or 16 team playoff. The losers will always have somee type of excuse. The losers out west and up north fought against even having a 2 team playoff. They were exposed for not being very good and now they say they want a larger playoff. The best teams win between the lines whatever format is used. SEC welcomes whatever format is used cause they know they are the best.

and "YES" is my answer to the question asked as the title of this thread. I do believe the SEC will trounce ohio st in the national title game to 8 peat. There are actually 4-5 other SEC teams other than Bama that would beat OSU into submission this year.

This SUC rockhead must think every poster here loves OSU. He obviously did not get accepted there or booted out. Some guy used to sing the praises of OSU on this string, but have not seen him/her in a while.
I am a PAC12 fan, and think Oregon would spank any SUC team including Ala-cheaters into submission.
Why is this guy so sure OSU gets in? They are 3rd or 4th right now. I see the Ducks laying 55+ on Bama. Easily.

Oregone competes on a level with the lower tier SEC schools such as Tennessee and Kentucky. What rock where you living under when Chip Kelly took his supposedly better and favored Oregone teams to do battle with top tier SEC teams (LSU & Auburn) only to go 0-2 and leave with his ass handed to him. What part of nobody has beaten a top tier SEC team on the big stage in a very long time don`t you get? It is like the 1st DUI- "your honor I promise it is the 1st time I have ever driven a car drunk" LOL. How long is the payline in that facility??? Do they actually have a window with bars in it like a ticket window and hand out the envelopes with cash? wow. It is prob Ha Ha's 100th payment not to mention the rest of the team. Bet Vandy's coaches and AD are gonna be all over this one. Poor lil Nicky. He is gonna have a pulmonary soon. Sure helps recruiting though!
