This is probably the smartest post on this thread yet. Think about it: we have had several product approvals with more on the way. It doesn't make sense to continue investing money in these things if there wasn't a future. . . . . ..
I see it as part of the remediation to correct the present situation.
Aren't these "approvals" really re-certifications of old products that had lost their FDA acceptance during the import ban for quality issues? There is one new foreign-made pump that needs to be FDA approved, but this product is for replacing another that has been obsoleted. The pressure probably came from the shareholders who saw the sales plummet to nearly zero. It is an embarrassment for the "world's leader" in drug delivery systems to have their products banned in North America and in Europe.
