Why is turnover extremely high?

I must say, that I'm truly embarrassed by management at this company. Our manager has lost 5 reps in a year and has 6 more very UNHAPPY reps! Maybe it's their poor leadership- micromanaging- passive-aggressive management style. Says to all, if we are not happy here to walk out the door. Really? That's your answer to 11 people in a row now... McFly...look in the mirror cause perhaps that's the one that should be a walkin' out the old door

Bring in new leaders form the outside - you have lost your way! This is pathetic!

Just saw on the web. Looks Like another 2 Ista people are gone. Ft. Wayne and Cleveland. What is going on in the midwest? I think the cleveland guy was there for 5 yrs. The indiana girl was good also.

I keep complaining to my DM about my car seat, it does not recline to the position I need it to must be broken anyway it could be a parts problem but still this is a problem for me, my car seat lacks comfort and/or adjustment features I am looking for a in a car. I feel like Ista should do more to make sure I have proper lower lumbar support as this can have an adverse affect on my production.

Fix my freaking car already!

I could not agree more! This is exactly why my production is down.

The reason why turnover is so high is because no one cares on top. Its just a matter of time till we are sold and the people on top will cash out BIG time. Its appearent nothing is truly being done to keep us. Slashes in budgets and resources prove to me that keeping the books looking good is important for our buyer.

I agree. Most people will not switch jobs just for more money. It is very traumatic and stressful to switch jobs. A person has to be highly motivated to leave a company in most cases. Money is not usually the case. I would bet money is NOT the reason people cite during the exit interviews. There is no way it could be because I know so many people left for jobs with similar money.

who hires these dm's? they like the staus qou. not sure why, but i think they all have checked out and don't really give a hoot. they just want to count their options and move on
