Why is turnover extremely high?





I have been here long enough to know something is not right. The company gives us NO samples and budget is stopped. We will miss our street number by 20 million. We have lost around 50% of the sales force in a year. I would guess a downsizing is on the way. I am looking but not too much out there to be had. A mess.
 









It is all just rumor. No one knows this but VA and maybe the board. There is no fact behind these rumors people.

I will say I think turnover will be even higher next year if we cut back on samples and resources. We were all told this lack of samples was temporary for end of the year budget purposes and things would return close to normal (albeit slightly lower samples) starting next year. Now I am hearing rumors samples will be a small fraction of what we received last year. It will be so unpleasant to do our day to day job because of damage control. It will make our duties unbearable at best. I think there is an idea by a few whom think samples can be severely cut and still be able to grow business. This will not be the case. Accounts next year will start to fall like dominoes if I cannot at least sample the under or non insured patient. I am already losing docs right now but it will get much worse. They are staying with Ista because I promised them samples are coming just wait this out. All you have to do is look a Vigamox and Zymaxid versus Besivance (still sampled) for reference.

Don't forget to tell those dr.'s you can't leave them samples...but you still need a signature because your company does not trust you! That should help build you credibility!!
 









Good. we have a lot of useless reps here that dont produce shit. Time to take out the garbage until the punks, flunks and drunks are gone. I love seeing whiny do nothing assfucks fired.

More "useless" reps left this week that "don't produce shit". How many President's Club useless reps are we going to lose?

Look at it this way. If all the top performers leave, maybe we'll move up the food chain.
 



Who? People ranked 20 to 170?? If you need top performers to leave just so you advance, that's embarrassing. shame on you. Craig was and is the man. I wish him the best!!
 



Wait until people see what happens to reps that were in the top district last year. They are all interviewing and ready to jump ship. Honestly, the comp plan doesn't reward those that keep high market shares. It pays more for growth and the so called "premiums" suck compared to the money that can be made in growth. I'd like to see any DM's take over a high performing MS territory and grow it more. It just doesn't happen.
 






I'd Love to see a few of these managers actually work a territory. What a joke that would be! They don't even work! Mine hasn't seen my face in over 6 months. Sits behind the computer and works when it fits into home schedule. Then bashes the team when numbers dip a little. Wonder why reps don't respect you--- that's why.
