Because they promote on favoritism and fire on subjective grounds. I heard they made their TMs apply for a promotion because useless management can't do their job. What does it say when a company has not done a promotion for TMs in 1.6 years an not one TM gets executive leadership wouldn't you leave too? There is no development at iRhythm unless you are in the Jokelynn club, that applies for RSDs too.I am a recruiter in the medical device arena. Can someone explain in the most professional way possible, why the mass exodus from iRhythm?
What’s the opinion of the new Bardy DX Patch coming out? Looks promising and wins in a head to head study. Is it a threat?
meant to say hope not help!Bardy is a real threat with great leadership and a solid VP of Sales. The COO is the former VP of Sales at iRhythm. Bardy has a portfolio of products and is making progress in major accounts. The dream CX team is floundering and creating a state of fear at iRhythm. As someone mentioned above this company is run by poor leaders and the change is not for the better that is for sure. Watch for some major exits in some key positions. I hear there are some real solid investigations looking into sales and marketing leadership practices. They are getting rid of people after they secure large accounts so they won't have to pay them. This place is pathetic I am riding this out and taking my time to look. I would help the VP of Sales would stop writing the glowing reports on his leadership ask any TM in the field what they think of him.
I have been with iRhythm for a while. I have been impressed how the company has always evolved to meet customer, patient and provider needs. They have done this with the sales force as well. It was a slow progression and, thanks to a fantastic VP of sales coming onboard, the company moved in the direction it needed to go. This guy made the difference as well as an excellent executive team. One of the reasons I see people leaving is they do not want to change. They bring bad habits and decisions when they start and, instead of bettering themselves, they choose to continue in their old bad habits. We are a unique and thriving company and there is a reason for this. We change and grow and better ourselves. We serve our customers FIRST and this rewards us later. I have no strong desire for an executive role and have nothing to gain in sharing this post. I just love this company, the leaders who encompass it and what we do for our patients.
There is no transparency at this company I hear. They pull quotas out of nowhere and give people sales awards that never hit their number. They don’t post jobs and people leave after two years usually.
Just got off the company update and the CX dream team gets all the praise for our hard work what a joke. For the record Mayo is meeting with all vendors it was a RFP they are so misleading the entire company. The leader of the CX team I heard was fired at Alivecor he must be trying to save himself here with taking credit for the TM's efforts. The HR VP is out of touch with reality the TMs leaving in droves should tell her people are not happy with the culture. Oh right she does not have any HR background, wonder how she got that job????

CX is full of awful people and unless you drink the CX Kool aid, your days are numbered. My friend was one of the casualties as Dana F. from CX made up a lie about this person. Unbelievable! My friend was fired even though she hit her numbers the past two years and was about to close two very large accounts including Yale. CX of course took all the credit. They screwed this rep out of 100K in commissions for Q4.
I heard that she is filing a discrimination suite against the company and it seems that she has a pretty strong case as there is nothing in writing documenting any of the made up issues. She hasn't even had a performance review since 2017. I hope she gets big bucks!!!
Any who disagrees with the CX plan and is female has been shown the door. Starting in early January.

They care about the stocks they have sold and fudging their success. With a 1 product portfolio and sure to fail AT launch. What a load of crap on the meeting next week the the I in Irhythm means us. Is that from your new marketing EVP Mr Flamboyant who came up with that? At least the previous Marketing EVP was sincere and not disingenuous, she was real and didn't need a group of overpaid consultants. Someone is probably getting a kick back from all of those consultants.
Can't wait to see what lies they try to sell us in Chicago next week....I am sitting back collecting my LTI and leaving once I am not collecting big commissions and bonuses.
