The CEO started this company so don’t ever try to criticize that individual again. What you should be focusing on is the fact that RDs got a HUGE raise in 2019 and then another raise in 2020. These raises were on top of our annual appraisals.

You want to know how they paid for those raises to RDs? By changing the bonus terms for Q3/2019 after the QTR was over.

To boot if you were disappointed in how they measures appraisals last year (again changing how they would typically measure appraisals) you ain’t seen nothing yet. This year will be even worse, they got another Huge raise in store for those worthless RDs.

It’s safe to say that everyone is looking for another gig. What your mom should have taught you is how to keep your mouth shut when the people bringing in the money are talking. You are the most worthless scum on this earth. RDs are dead weight. Please, stick to asking for fake success stories and keep your mouth shut.

an RD calling a rep a loser. I’ve seen it all. Don’t forget to send out fake success stories first thing Monday dumb $hit. Best part about this is that every ride day that you do with any rep is planned and fake as hell and there’s nothing you can do about it. Offices hate you, Drs hate you, reps hate you. I’m pretty sure that you also hate yourself just a little. All middle management is nothing but a bunch of washed up losers that couldn’t sell on the way to becoming alcoholics. After all, you can only take so much of people faking every interaction with you before you crack. Enjoy being on the road everyday of your life, buttercup. Oh, btw, average rep at supernus has at least twice as much experience of selling than an RD. Let that sink in next time you wanna criticize what we do.

Let’s see, everyone received raises but you. Quite the winner there Princess.

you come on here venting about everyone else’s inferiority to you, yet they are living their life, moving ahead and putting themselves in a position to succeed either here or elsewhere. Again, not quite the behavior of a winner.

it might be time for you to recognize that the problem lies with you and your attitude rather than others.

When this company closes its doors AND it will within 3 years. You will find yourself working for a company like LabCorp, no one and I mean no one wants to touch a Supernus RD in this industry. You are the definition of an entitled brat that brings zero value. The worst part is, you think you deserved that $20k raise in 2019. The only reason you got that is because Supernus couldnt allow the morale to take a hit with an RD leaving to rep the CGRP's.

Have fun counting your money now because your career will soon be in freefall.

make sure to pay your house off and all your stupid debt. While this is a stepping stone for almost all the reps, this is the end of the road for all the RDs. This is it, this is your life. Riding in a car repping XR generics. Oh, also, 812 will not be the blockbuster you all were brainwashed to believe. And please, cut the crap about launching in a few months. We all know we won’t launch til late Q3.

pretty sure in three years you will be on cafe car rental bitching that someone else gets paid more and has a better fleet.

The RDS got a $20k raise???? And then another raise? And we haven’t had an across the board raise in years?

And someone has the nerve to dismiss that as irrelevant? I think it’s more than relevant. If it were based on performance, kudos. Good for them. But this sounds like it was arbitrary. I miss those random conference calls when they gave us GOOD news like that.
