Why are we so underpaid?

Why do RDs get raises (significant ones) and not the rest of the sales force???

Supernus could reinstate a lot of morale simply by giving us a nice raise after our best year yet.

we deserve raises for having to deal with you whiny brats. We really don’t care about your morale. You can and will be replaced by a cheaper alternative.

that is the model, you can bitch all you want, but you clearly aren’t valuable enough to have leveraged the experience SUPN gave you to move forward like your peers.

let me break it down to ya since you think you know everything. The reps that are still here are the ones that are either too green in the industry or they are making six figure base. Make no mistake that reps will move on when the time is right. Meanwhile, your reputation from shire and supernus is well known among the industry and you will never leave to become an RD with a real Pharma company. Happy holidays!

What is right?

Exactly. The reps here who complain about our products not being innovative enough are the same ones who complain about not getting paid like reps for companies with truly innovative specialty products. If these people could understand and accept the reality of where they’re at they would be much happier.

If thats the case then why are our products more expensive then the new specialty products like CGRPs. Good luck explaining that dumbas#.

explain why your market share is lower and why you deserve what an experienced rep makes? You were on the market for years prior to new products and with time and price increases this happens.

i realize this is your first gig in the industry and that makes you an expert in all things Pharma so I can’t wait for your whiny explanation of how marketing should do your job, R&D owes you a new product and the company should pay you like a rep with 15 years experience while you stay home and whine.

you don’t like the company, you don’t like the products or the value proposition and you clearly don’t like to have expectations put on you. But yeah, SUPN is the problem.

The only people carrying water around here is the reps. That’s been the case for years!! You guys can’t even file an NDA properly so GTFO with your finger pointing. When was the last time you made an investment in our current portfolio? I’ll wait.

Bc they have been on the market longer which means they have been subject to more price increases, a standard industry practice(that I don’t agree with). Check what aimovig costs in 4 years dumbas#.

And this ^ is fact so don’t come back with some personal insult or try to change the subject to some other complaint you have. You got caught whining about something you don’t understand. Tuck your tail between your legs and go home.

I see you like responding to your own posts. You really are pathetic. Now answer my question. When was the last time you invested in our current portfolio??

As far as your pricing strategy excuses. Aimovig has been out for almost 3 years and the price of their med hasn’t gone up a cent. In contrast TXR during that same period has gone up nearly 25%. Don’t ever tell me to tuck my tale BITc$!!

Called it. You are so predictable. When you get proved wrong you go straight to insult(“pathetic”) and change the subject(“investing in our portfolio”). It’s incredibly obvious and makes you sound so weak.

Pot calling the kettle black because thats exactly what you did. Now answer the question. When was the last time you invested in our current portfolio?
