i've heard from others that vt makes shit up about you and then uses that as the basis to fire you. like.....vt will accuse you for gossiping or having another job on the side. preposterous accusations. this is something an immature teenager would come up with.

this is factually correct. she acts like a child with a tantrum often and takes it out on others. she gossips behind everyone's back. gets rid of people she doesn't like and / or who don't kiss ass. ask around. please prove me wrong or correct with examples.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that. DFW is tapped out so no rep is going to make quota and will subsequently get fired. Don’t expect any help from the DM. He’s an inexperienced sales rep that was promoted after being in the field for less than a year. And not a very successful rep at that. He’s to busy being a stay at home dad to work with his reps in the field.

If what you say is true and I've read other threads then surely the all-knowing and wise VT already knows DFW is tapped out and has configured this into her number computations regarding percentage of accounts that can still be closed and what to reasonably expect from DFW reps. However, from what I've read VT seems to be at the root of what is going wrong with MDL. Why not have the DFW DM simply go around and maintain all these accounts and not hire a new sales rep. Not enough business to justify bringing on a poor new rep. It makes me wonder how many DFW reps have been hired and fired in the last 10 years. More than 6?

It's true. VT IS the root of most problems with MDL. No degree. No experience before ME promoted her. People were very upset and some quit. EM did not listen then and does not listen now. She pits people against each other. Makes shit up like an immature teenager. She embodies every antonym of wisdom. No person has generated more sheer hatred than VT. When EM eventually fires VT he will instantly become the lab industry's most popular person and MDL will immediately go up in productivity, value and morale. VT can crawl back under her rock in a dark place.
 












$40K, 50K, 60K?? How does MDL even stay around with numbers that low? Please tell me that a commission plan at least gets then in the game??

What comm plan?? Many reps are fired before they can receive a comm check. VT keeps manipulating the structure so it's almost impossible to achieve "quota". Not sure how long sales reps get comm from new accounts. Perhaps less than a year? Read thru some of the posts / threads. This is one of, if not, the most unprofessional company in any industry. Thanks mostly to VT.
