Who ruined the culture of Astellas?

Everyone complains about leadership in all divisions. BC has been good for me and our bonus checks. If your unhappy why don't you leave or are you unable to find another job. Try Novocure and Algeta, I am sure your connections with those companies could help. BC we support and to the other posters why complain about HR, unless you do something wrong why worry.

That is adorable that you actually believe you are a "High Performer"? LOL

I have seen good people get rated high many years in a row, only to be rated lower by new management and shoved out the door quickly due to Performance Problems.

Here's how you'll know it is happening to you: They (your manager working with HR behind the scenes) will give you unobtainable goals and document as you struggle. They'll ask you for realistic project dates, typical issues you are responsible for, and areas of weakness. Then they'll pull in your project dates, give you a "stretch goal" with an area that they control and is new to you. So if you are on a project and something goes "yellow", that gets written in your Performance Eval as something that you should have managed better. They will talk to your peers and write down only the negative feedback. They will find other "in-group" people to criticize your work.

The good news? Keep sucking up to your boss because that is more important than talent and results. LOL

Head of HR should be accountable for results too. All that turn-over, did anything really get better?
