Who made 100% in MS Division

Can't believe how wide spread this problem has become.Most people feel their final trimester number are over 5% too low.We need Dr level data!

I dropped 5% from Nov to Dec and had 11+ triages in Dec which should have put me over 100%. I smelled a rat when we had that conf call and they didnt want to directly answer anything. Im affected by prime, but I know for sure that nothing will be made right.
 








Dagmar and Randy suck they lie to us all the time. How did so many fall below 100% they fucked us again. I hope BG12 kicks our ass matter of fact I am telling my doctors to write it. Hey Novartis thanks for giving me MS experience Genzyme will pay me real well to come over.

I wouldnt say Novartis gave you real MS experience. We had to wait over two years for sales training to come with any close to MS training...the perceptorship. However, this so elementary and lame that it didnt help me what so ever. The only thing we got here in terms of expereince is Compliance 101, 201, 301 , 401 , and 501, and Legal 101, 201, 301, 401, 501, 601, 701, 801, 901, 1001, 1101, 1201, 1301, 1401. Consider your time here a waste of time and the docs know this.
 




All of this is just a public emotional wrestling match we are going thru as we realize that they are treating us this way, not out of ignorance of how we should be treated or in the way business should be done or negligence or incompetence , but due to the fact that they do not need us anymore.

From our point of view its an injustice - to them it just business.

If a high quality competitive drug is coming to market soon do you want: a. a motivated team, b. a team where 50% of the employees are looking to leave, c: a sales force who doesn't leave the house, d. a reputation as a MS Division who treats their employees poorly and HR won't address issues.

I think they are using Prime as the scapegoat. They didn't want to pay out over 100% so they decided to blame the issue on Prime

I understand that while suffering from the outrage of Novartis' actions you still think that you can strike back at them by leaving but the reality is much simpler.

With the competing product they would suffer more if you stayed because the sales volumes will fall, they will have to lay people off and have to pay the severance pay etc. So, when you leave you save them from 2 additional sources of costs - they are already going to save from not paying your kickers etc, and after you leave voluntarily they will save on your salary in the meantime and then the costs of your severance when they would have to lay many off.

The best thing for us to do is get over the emotional episode of finally realizing that they do not need many of us anymore and then move on if we can. If no other opportunity presents itself for you then stay and work realizing that it will not be like is used to be.

There will be a Novartis and an MS division long after we leave. It may not make as much money but that is why they are giving us the "ol' stiffy".

You'd think they would want a pumped ready to go sales force.......but guess failing is option two, and they rather that one......enjoy the easy road BG12 because this young lady will be poolside all summer instead of trying to chase the kickers I can't get........

All levels of leadership are afraid to speak up.The way to prevent them from moving on to the next position is to make the product tank.

Why they pulling it, they only payed it to about 5 people... They hung that out there like everyone had a shot, until they changed the rules, lied about the criteria and found ways not to pay many kickers..... I had no shot at the kickers but have talked to a few that got blindsided thinking they were getting it........this place sucks! Yeah pull the next kicker and watch your SRF count get cut further in half........I'm not working until September, there's a Real Estate Lic I need to dust off and make some supplemental cash!!!!!
