So how many people made the kicker. Many fell below 100% seems very fishy to me.

Personally I'm hoping Dagmar and Randi make this right, haven't seen my statement yet but I'm assuming from the previous posts I should be working on my resume.......... not going to be a happy day in middle America...
Now they have discontinued the kickers for the next trimester because of all the issues.
Here we are at the verge of a major competitor coming to market and once again we are distracted by all of this.....greatm job leadership!! Pay your damn reps, a happy rep is a productive rep......there goes my stock price!!!!!

Dagmar and Randi talk about accountability, doing what's right, having your backs? I see none of that here, just silence...... people coming in 1-2% off goal after being above 100% all year, people not getting kicker bonus because of LAST years preformance, people losing mystery scripts and patients, etc.... Talked to a lot of people in the MSBU today, not one positive thing said about leadership or lack there of.... Only taking this head on by upper management will turn things around, or get ready for a very, very, VERY bad year!! Even my Biogen friends were laughing about all this non-sense...........pitiful.
