Who made 100% in MS Division





I'm going back to bed, just saw my bank statement....what a royal screwing by people I thought had our backs......... soooooooo disappointing they would do this to their salesforce, typical Novartis I guess....
 








Personally I'm hoping Dagmar and Randi make this right, haven't seen my statement yet but I'm assuming from the previous posts I should be working on my resume.......... not going to be a happy day in middle America...

Novartis never makes ANYTHING right, I'm not in sales but these people in HO don't care about the sales force........they just think they can plunk a primary care rep in your spot and have them do just as well....... feel bad for everyone getting screwed over.....my advise move on!

I don't think that you get it yet. This IS Novartis' response to the competition. They think that they need lees reps and don't care if those left are disgruntled as they still have to sell to keep their jobs. Mgmt react to models not feelings. Good luck because no matter what you feel about your situation it is obvious that they do not.

Can't believe how wide spread this problem has become.Most people feel their final trimester number are over 5% too low.We need Dr level data!
 




People mysteriously dropping below 100%, people not get extra bonus for hitting far above 100%....this is the most TOXIC place I have ever worked in my life........ really pathetic! Way to go Novartis!
 




Riding out the next few months and then out....... thank God I didn't sign that no compete. Can't wait to leave to at least be appreciated for supporting a home office with my sales. ONE in BS!!!
 
















Dagmar and Randy suck they lie to us all the time. How did so many fall below 100% they fucked us again. I hope BG12 kicks our ass matter of fact I am telling my doctors to write it. Hey Novartis thanks for giving me MS experience Genzyme will pay me real well to come over.

I see none of that here, just silence...... people coming in 1-2% off goal after being above 100% all year, people not getting kicker bonus because of LAST years preformance, people losing mystery scripts and patients, etc.... Talked to a lot of people in the MSBU today, not one positive thing said about leadership or lack there of.... Only taking this head on by upper management will turn things around, or get ready for a very, very, VERY bad year!! Even my Biogen friends were laughing about all this non-sense...........pitiful.

Dr's consider Novartis the worst MS company.How poorly we are treated by leadership is the same way leadership treats our customers.A $50,000 yearly drug and the company doesn't care how they treat their employees.Maybe when Basil begins to fire leadership for poor sales attitudes will change.
 




I couldn't agree more, I'm burnt out, bitter, unhappy and feeling like they could care less in East Hanover.....well, when the SRFs drop even lower and the mass exodus begins they will have nobody to blame but themselves...... the only thing that keeps my doctors writing a lot of Gilenya is me, they hate Novartis with a passion.....
