Who has /had the worst manager

Malware breach on MSA servers. Lack of foresite to protect. Penny wise and pound foolish. Gosh I hope patient records are not exposed.
Hm, so is that now the reason for all the issues past 1 1/2 years? System constantly going down and we have a new excuse? How many reasons can a company have for the SAME issue??

Liar liar pants on fire.
Perfect reason management has no respect at this company. Tell this to your customers, not sales rep. They are not as dumb as you think. You look like an idiot with this excuse.

It’s ALWAYS something with this company!! Many stay to try to deal but with the system always being down, now hacked, MSA (Sucks), back orders, outdated devices, inadequate and proven without a shadow of a doubt inadequate and ignorant managers, we are pass the threshold of being taken serious to patients, competitors and I’m quite sure the government. Embarrassed and looking (finally) for a new train wreck/job.

You people do not understand. This is what happens when you have the third largest server system in the world. When it shuts down it is a long process to get it going again. Restarting 33 servers, 4 mainframes, and an Apple 1 is a monumental task. I heard we have a guy being flown in from Yugoslavia now to assist.
Can you imagine what would have happened if the "potential" malware that was only detected actually did something? This major shutdown was just from the detection of it!!. The system would have destroyed it by blasting a whole in the ozone! We are not messing around over here. Threaten us and we will react b*tches.

Just curious, do some of you actually believe the hacked story?

I don’t want to understand..It’s just stupid. There are other companies with more servers and patients. HOW does this happen and people still have jobs? You can’t fix it with all those smart top notch IT brains?

Rumor has it that the Ringling Brothers were trying to recruit HR D to run their circus show.

Biotel/cardionet or whatever the next name will be has a certain type of person that excels here.. Sadly that type of person is someone that if I was stuck in a room with them, Hitler and Saddam and I had a gun with two bullets, I'd shoot the sales rep twice.
The lifewatch side are much nicer from my experience. Personally I couldn't deal with 3/4's of the reps at this company anyway.

Broadway, honestly on the few occasions I spoke to him was never anything other then nice to me and could hold a conversation and I certainly was no where near one of the golden children. So I can't say anything bad about him at least from my experience.

Personally I would tell anyone considering this company to keep moving and just stay clear of this whole industry. I have friends who moved to zio and medicomp and they have the same issues. The want is there, the technology isn't.

Sadly this is so true. It all starts at the top with Joe " I'll meet you in the Crapper" and his henchmen. Only in it to fill their pockets. Have no care in the world about the day 2 day activities, internal staff nor sales reps. Look at his management team and tell me I'm wrong. RSD's are nothing but Kool-Aid drinkers all fighting for Joes attention. Stop and look at the 52 week stock activity. The fire is burning, run while you can because most if not all the RSD's have used any and all water for their Kool-Aid

Malware breach.... That's a glorified pop up.

More to it, seriously if you aren't looking for work you should be

Wall Street will figure this farce out soon enough. The backend of the companies software is woefully inadequate and has been "patched" more times than a bicycle intertube. They do excel at billing though.
