Where are they now?

So about a month after Jeff Bailey's arrival at Lantheus, nearly the entire Maintenance Department was layed off. Coincidence? Does he have a history of making this move? The work is now being contracted out to company called ABM.

Yeah, contracting out work to decrease payroll, at least on paper. He's prettying up the books.

Very true. Management made it hard for everyone and turned people on each other.
And too many of middle management did nothing more than yes upper mgmt to death, even when they knew they were wrong. No one had the guts to say anything. Anything that was ever reported to HR was quashed by MK. Pathetic.

It's all old news now. The place was so banged up, it was hard to believe they made any good product at all.

The question now is what going on now that they're part of Sandoz. I've heard some pretty bad things. But this is from people who have been through the ringer in the old days and managed to stay. They're perspective might be a little skewed.

I'd like to hear from some of the more recent vintage folks. What's it like working for the current Fougera/Sandoz?

So true, management of the past was nothing but theives and egos, each one screwing the other more in trying to make a name for themsleves with total disregard for anyone who actually worked there. We were lucky we could even get 1 product out the door. But what about now? I too hear nothing but negativity, but anyone linked to the old PM Fougera past has been so poisoned, don't know what the truth is.

We at Lantheus Medical Imaging just inherited one of your cast offs as CFO...John Golubieski. He is brought in by CEO Jeff Bailey and is replacing Jeff Young who is leaving to persue "other opportunities". What kind of shananagans might we expect from the Bailey-Golubieski duo?

After I read that Bailey was the CEO there, I knew he'd bring this sorry excuse for a CFO/person into the company. Can't make a decision unless he runs it by Bailey. Pretends to care about people but only cares about his wallet. After a few weeks, won't give you the time of day, answer your phone calls, or respond to your emails. He/they will bring in his/their own people, so don't bother to impress them, because they don't give a damn about you. Good luck!

You are going to be sold. They convinced your owners that they can fix you up like an old house and then sell you for a profit. They already have an agreement laying out their personal profit depending on the sale price and timing. Whoever buys you will take further synergies. Most or all G&A jobs will be lost. If your buyer has good manufacturing abilities, the job losses could be huge. Share this with your teams. Update resumes and start looking. Not a matter of whether, just a matter of when.
