It is really not a bad place to work. I go on here to bitch when I am upset but everything said needs to be taken with a grain of salt. The majority of the products are top of the market and innovative, so as long as you are a decent rep who can build good relationships you will not have a problem making money. As long as you can drown out the corporate BS then you are fine...
Perfectly said. For all the mess that this job can entail at the end of the day Orgo still has the best and most variety of products in the industry and reps are well taken care of. Just do the right thing and don’t chase the number or $ and you will do well and sleep well .

you have one product with any real clinical data and you lose money on every unit. It’s also 30 years old.

you have a collagen soaked in mouth wash.

a basic amniotic like the other 100 on the market with no margins because of poor sourcing agreements.

a “living” amniotic in a Jell-O shot that costs $3,000 per millimeter.

and a NuShield sandwich. And 2 other PuraPly sandwiches.

All the innovation at organogenesis over the last 10 years has been to literally put two pieces of product together.

Also, innovative that you pulled products then released them at 2-3x the cost.

What does the avg rep get paid here? Salary plus commission? What type of vehicle? What else do they cover, home internet? Cell Phone? Weeks of vacation?

Curious, what studies are there to show the clinical difference between Puraply AM, Puraply XT and Puraply SX? Seriously?

Is the next product to come out Puraply SSSX and has one less layer?

The problem isnt the products. The problem are the directors and above. See any of them getting fired or leaving? Only one smart one GG left for better pastures.
