Why does the same idiots continue to think that todays KAE are blue collar, non selling, customer service reps? You are the reason corporate put a call in for KAE in the first place, the non working, straight quota SME. Look at corporate rankings of variance growth of top KAE, do they match up to their SME? If so, great they are working as a team. If the top SMEs, KAE partners are also in the top 20 or so, it is working as well, the KAE is retaining business, and growing it, again working as a team. N Now if there is a KAE at the top, with R21/r78 putting their SME partner to shame, then there is your answer, KAE can sell,KAE is doing what corp wants, SME is not, OR, the KAE has been constantly told like some of these posts continue to harp about, how worthless they are, just a service rep, they are the reason budgets are not met, they can't sell..... Well in that case any KAE that has even the tiniest of a backbone should lock out the SME and out sell them 10 to 1. So, no KAE commission, this company will lose excellent hunters in waiting, they will go to another pasture and then, the new thread will be all about non competes........
