What's your opinion of Call ins?

I could care less about the "call in." We dont get paid on it so WTFcares....I look at accounts that have been on vacation or have had other anomalies that effect the 6 month average. Call 1 or 2 of those in a month, fly under the radar, and hope that I can make a commish once in a while.

On the NE It goes into the KAE's bob at $3,000. The Atlantic is $2,500. The Southeast and South put it into the KAE's at $2,225. Not sure about the west. What is the West, Northwest, and Central. Don't stare at this thread unless you can answer a thread.

You can request any level emg acct in your book, especially if your helping the SME or the SME has requested. This allows the KAE to benefit at the highest level upon close, and provided the highest level of testing at the start. If the acct never archives the revenue expected, as long as it meets corporate criteria the KAE has 2 low vol removal opportunities per year to have the acct removed from their books.

KAE's need to maintain larger accounts don't they? At what revenue does corporate put the account into KAE? Heard it ranges. Northeast is $3,000. Not sure about other areas.

WHO CARES when it goes in your BOB!!!
If the account already has a baseline built into the EMV, then you are already FU**ED! You can request to have it put in your BOB then try and upsell, if you are good like me. Accounts are put in your BOB by an SME request or if your RMBD, which mine is a complete idoit, adds it when she is sitting on her lazy arss. This company blows, like the wind, or my lazy boss...

The system is totally screwed up. Call in, BOB, up yours, ES&D. It's all a calamity of misdirection set up by upper mgt to benefit them the most. Now how do you get to be in upper mgt. ? Do your timely call ins, jump through hoops and make sure your lip gloss is not on too thick. This company is really a bad BJ gone even worse. Hey ! That's an idea. Bring a black light to one of the next regional meetings and leave it on. Then when the lights go out, check lips, zippers and hands. That should show you who's in upper mgt and who's trying to get there.

Call ins are a huge waste of time. You don't get paid on it, so why waste your time with it. This company is so screwed up and cut-throat. They don't care about their employees. The management has the mentality that everyone is disposable. If you are thinking of applying for a job at Labcorp, don't waste your time. Run for the hills. You will be glad you accepted employment elsewhere.

Call ins are a metric to judge how the company is performing and to predict future budget. The problem arises when reps incorrectly estimate the volumes. Most low ball the call. Those on PIP will over call the account to eek out a few more weeks of interviewing. If you are on PIP you can get several months by enrolling in the EAP program. Tell them you have a problem and HR will take care of the rest.

I'm happy although frustrated because these call ins are worthless. KAE's need to focus on their book of business and perform like the "maintenance" reps that they are. Let the SME's "sell" and hand off their sales to maintain. Upsell my arse.

All we're going to do as KAE's is take your accounts Mr Salesrep since I had more communication with them! Tard!

What's that? EAP program? I have been with Labcorp over a year now, and never heard of it.

If you enroll in EAP be sure to say you are "stressed out". Don't use drugs or alcohol as a reason...you will find yourself in a program. HR will enroll you in yoga classes.
