What's Up in MASS?

Most of New England is closed down...and I mean zero access. Only RI and CT are decent. Most companies have very few reps left. When cuts come, these area's are cut to the bone. Thankfully, the managers are afraid to tell their managers the truth.

Pfizer has metrics they use now to determine what states and areas qualify as "share of voice" areas meaning reps can still impact the business to an extent that justifies keeping reps there.....needless to say Mass isn't one of these places. This is the entire point of LHE. Pfizer's new business model post Lipitor will not include PHRs and TSRs in places like Mass.
 








Mass is a complete shithole. Their laws against reps are pathetic which is ironic considering fat asses like ted kennedy drink on the taxpayers dime. Lets not forget they are the city of cheaters with the Roid $ox and the Cheatriots.

Seriuosly! What a complete joke...that guy brings zero to the table - he bascially has not spoken in 1 year - it is like a bad sitcom that just keeps running beacuse some exec likes it - time to wake up and show some managerial courage. Don't you think the FF sees how ridiculous this is? It does not take a genius to know how to solve a bad hire -

Amazing that through numerous down sizing and layoffs over the past many years we manage to create a new layer in MA and then stick some incompetent into the role and ask him to lead the way. That's not great vision or leadership...who's accountable for that mess?
 








If he were a genius he would not have brought in someone from the outside that knows nothing about the industry, the company or the customers - not to mention has zero impact on people around him. He is lost - time to admit the mistake, close the expirament down and get him out of the way.

Other SDs and RBU leaders see the same obvious mistake and it will be solved for!
 




All divisions should be wiped out of this state. Any and all activity is conducted during ride alongs to give the illusion of access and ability to influence business.

Have somone internally make calls to every office which has calls reported by reps and it would be whittled down to nothing within weeks. It would save the company big bucks as the business wouldn't change but expenses would go right down.

It's all fake.......smoke & mirrors.

AS A PHR WORKING UNDER THAT FOOL FOR THE PAST YEAR, LET ME TELL YOU ALL WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY HE IS. HE HAS NEVER BEEN IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER BECAUSE HE IS IGNORANT AND THAT WILL COST BUSINESS, AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGHT TO BEGIN WITH. AT POA AND DISSTRICT MEETINGS HE OFFERS ABSOU LTELY ZERO - GOING ON 1 YEAR. EVEN IF ASKED, HE HAS A WAY OF SQUIRRLINGLY HIS WAY TO NO ANSWER - SERIOUSLY, HOW CAN IT BE? NOW HOW CAN THAT PERSON BE IN CHARGE OF ANY ACCOUNTS OR ANY OTHER MANAGERS FOR THAT MATTER - WHAT THE F WAS LEADERSHIP THINKING AND HOW LONG WILL THEY LET IT GO. MY GOODNESS, HAVE THEY NOT BEEN IN SOME OF THESE SAME MEETINGS - IT IS AN EMBARASSMENT. IT IS HARD TO EVEN THINK HE ADED ANY VALUE IN THE PAPER INDUSTRY - MY OLD BOSS IS ABOUT READY TO QUIT BEING FORCED TO TEACH HIM WHAT LITTLE HE KNOWS AND THEN HAVE HIM TURN AROUND AND SIT IN JUDGMENT OF HER - OUCH!

mAYBE HE WILL HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT AND BE SMART ENOUGH TO GET OUT BEFORE IT GETS UGLY.
