The severance is paid in 2024Have to remember this is a 2 year project. It’s $1B by end of year and $2.5B by end of next year. 2024 is gonna be the year to really worry about when it comes to headcount.

It’s ok, there will not be large layoffs.
I realize that you are asking a rhetorical question. But, Pfizer generally has layoffs when the stock is low. Who knows if this will impact stock price. How does a company have the biggest year in the history of years and turn around a year later and start throwing employees overboard. Count Chocula is a monster.
This is exactly why our CEO and other sr. execs should be shown the door...How does a company have the biggest year in the history of years and turn around a year later and start throwing employees overboard. Count Chocula is a monster.
Our problems are the result of poor management of the Covid vaccine message, abysmal handling of the Covid windfall and absurd expectations for Covid product sales on a year over year basis. This is exactly why our CEO and other sr. execs should be shown the door...
Excellent! Did you post #35 as well? You're good. Real good! Thank you for bringing humor to a sorry situation. The Long division will be hit the hardest. However, Newton and Short are going to lose some people. If you’re in Euclidean, there will be some remaining.

Certainly not worth over $20MM for insightful leaders. Moon Shot my arse.Look at the sheer number, and volume, of layoffs over the last 2 years...this isn't a new page in the playbook...it's become "Standard Operating Procedure." Buy other companies and assets...lay people off. Not.Real.Imaginative.

Moon Shot 2 will be about a different moon as Albert is down the door and takes his millions from a golden parachuteCertainly not worth over $20MM for insightful leaders. Moon Shot my arse.
It’s the pfizer way, if you are lucky you will be shown the door. Unless you are in your mid 50s.This is indeed an old playbook. The only difference is that the windfall from Covid Ca$h dwarfs anything ever seen in this industry. It's almost comical that two years after reaping billions, many of us will lose our jobs.
