What's up in Cambridge

Well he's been here for a while boys. Anyone got a opinion on his performance? I personally like his hands on approach to leadership. Makes it easy to get to know him. He can be hard at times, but if you give him your all and take care of your work duties by performing to the needs asked for the position and he's like a M.M. But I wonder how his staff in Wallingford is handled when he's there? Maybe Quest is grinding him up over the two territory's but it don't show.

Funny way to describe him. "Hands on approach, can be hard at times and give him your all". M.M might stand for micro manager. Sounds more like melts in your mouth not in your hands. Wonder how his staff is handled? Is this from a disgruntled underling? Stop buffing the desk and get some work done. What a pharma Loser.

One of the obvious problems are the incentives from all of the relationships left over from before the Quest acquisition of the lab. The original founder of the lab still owns the property and sits on Quest's BOD's. The same company who has the maintenance contract for the facility built both the Bob's homes (prior to Bob Goreman leaving). There are no incentives to really improving the place. Everything is structured on the hidden premise of continuing to fill the rice bowels of the local management not improve things for the employees (just slaves for the local management team) or stockholders (just use their money).

Now don't you feel silly for calling it downsizing? Of COURSE you do. Awwwww, shucks! "Downsizing" 2 small labs into one huge one?? That should have been your first clue.......just for future reference.

Suggestion: read Quest press releases for the past year and call in on the quarterly shareholder calls. You may learn something.
