Whats next Flem??

that is why we are ranked number one in class?? Do some research. Vyvanse is the third most branded written prescription in the United States. Boom. Blows your mind doesn't it. Just over 500 reps doing over 2.5 billion dollars. Boom. Blows your mind doesn't it... we are the best. Our data might lie but the dollars don't. I know you are in sales though as well. You try and sell pizzas to people at Chuck-E-Cheese. When they order a cheese pizza you try and upgrade them to a pepperoni. Keep up the good work Buddy
Too Funny, NOT! NBU's day of reckoning is coming SOON! Can't wait to see how the buyer dumps all you lazy reps!!

HCP turned industry person here. Former Shire employee, now elsewhere but following closely the demise of this company. I find it incredible that there is finger-pointing at the sales force when a company starts to sink. If your drug isn't the best (or even a marginally better) drug, or if it isn't covered by 3rd party, sales reps will NOT be able to make any difference. So why not blame the drug, the clinical data, the market access, the payers instead of the sales reps? Never once while I was in practice did the sales rep make me prescribe a drug that wasn't on a patient's formulary, no matter how engaging he/she was, no matter how slick the leave-behind was, no matter how cool and groovy the digital sales aid was. The drug needs to work, and it needs to be covered. Whoever is blaming the folks who have to beat the pavement instead of their own R&D or payer people is completely out of touch.

U might work for Shire but U don't work for NBU. Best Sales Force in class and no slackers allowed.

NBU is terrible. The sooner we dump this rediculously inflated division, the sooner this company can achieve its vision of being the leading rare disease company. How many reps are there? 500? Total waste.

Market access strategies are old school. R&D over past years has been horrible. New R&D head is just another FO yes man from Flemming’s past. Nobody in the real world thinks problems come from anywhere but Flemming.

Glad I went back a week and read posts. I had to put this one back at the top. I busted out laughing.

Fleming is a genius and will lead us to glory. I just got information from a very reliable Insider about Fleming's next Investment purchases. Fleming is purchasing Blockbuster Video for $20 billion and will be opening over 7500 VHS video stores throughout the country. He also purchased a phone booth company for $9.5 billion dollars. He will be placing minimum 1000 phone booths in every major U.S. and European City. Now is the time to buy the stock before this gets out into the open. Fleming is playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. We are so blessed to have this brilliant man leading our company. He doesn't know how how to make a bad purchase. It is like he has a crystal ball.

This is sadly on target. Buying Baxalta was buying a company about to be outmoded, and of course our Boy FO was completely out-maneuvered into paying a king’s ransom. If we weren’t suffering so much because of his stupidity it would be funny - and I’m sure it is to Roche.

Absolutely true... I know several Roche employees and they are definitely laughing about what Is going on here... they are going to be hiring several of us soon

You seem to forget that Baxalta was more than the hemo division. The immunology division absolutely killed it in 2017.

Fleming is graded out as worst CEO on glassdoor... another notch on his belt... I know one of his clowns is going to reply back and make up a fake source that puts the failure of the company on the salesforce but all of these outlets calling out Fleming as the worst can't be wrong
