Call it what you will - Bottom line is she ran a sales force with hundreds and now has a team of one or two analysts/admins. Maybe she got paid but the optics of it are not good and people all agree she is not a good people leader. Sales at launch were not stellar and complaints about her micromanagement were mounting, they had to make a change and get her out.
