What's going on a MicroPort?

Exactly. Not everyone sits on their ass at corporate with nothing better to do than talk sh*t.

Why don't you get off your butt and sale something I am tired of busting my butt and you lazy sales people not getting the job done. We give you the world, and you guys screw around and you get pampered. Pathetic

Several things have transpired over the past few weeks which are interesting. A couple which were total bs and have ripped any loyalty from me since the company is without a doubt loyal to anyone other than a greemack dollar. I work here and even I'm not sure what you are referring to about the 26th. Please enlighten us. After this month, I'm sure so much is going on that everyone isn't seeing everything. I had to miss the state of the company feed you all the lies meeting. Did you hear something from the meeting that you are speaking ahout?

Agree. The other Arlington option is so dysfunctional these days, no one there is happy or content. Many would in fact return "home" given the first opportunity.[/QUOTE

Been through the interview like so many others and simply waiting for the call back. The WMT option is the better option. All companies are dysfunctional in some way, but they aren't all owned by China and in the process of being moved completely to China as this one is. You are being told it isn't because they can't afford to lose you during this transition. Think for yourself and don't believe all the positives you hear. Core US sales have declined annually for the last 6 years at an astounding rate, a 10 percent average. You hear it stated sales are up. For THAT Dat or mon the maybe. These sales do not generate the dollars needed to simply fight the lawsuits which are common for this business. China has purchased the CHina market with the MicroPort acquisition. Once this is s functioning business in China, the rest of the headache will be disposed. All aspects of the business are currently being duplicated in China And for one simple reason. The production equipment is 100 percent leased and not owned. When the day comes, it's simply a matter of turning the lights off in Arlington and locking the doors. The business will keep on as normal from China and never feel a bump in the road. Be wise and prepare yourself now. The days of the common severance package will be no more and you are on the street. People aren't leaving at a ridiculous rate for no reason. People used to beat the doors down to get in. The heavy hitters are checking out and the mice in the wheel have no idea what is really happening.

Hopefully something better that you have done to right your friggin attitude.

In our department we have been sh*t on for the last 4 years, we have so little staff left it has started to wear us down. I have been looking for another job but the market is terrible for us. Plus when you have been with a company most of your adult life it is hard to leave. It would jusr be nice to go a year without a layoff or a major FU.

You sound like you are in the IT department and it looks like they are going to farm it out, so you shouldn't have to wait too long to be put out of your misery
