Why would anyone want a union ? There is not a single person that is treated unfairly there.

Well I have seen several people who have been 10, 20 , 30 plus years cast off like trash.I think a union might add some protection. Just my two cents

On a more serious note, saw the first names for the rif in March. This one isn't going g to be pretty. Not that any of them are.
