Speaking of helping others be more effective.....As a FLM, I will miss the valuable coaching that I provide to representatives who:
1) Can't sell for shit
2) Can't think on their own
3) Have no accountability for their results
4) Screw up their expense reports and have to resubmit over and over again
5) Don't work hard
6) Act poorly to their teammates
7) Are unprofessional
8) Blame everybody else for their situation
9) Tell you they want to do well and develop, but their actions don't match their words
10) Feel they are entitled to everything without working for it.
Holy shit, THIS. 100% accurate.
