I really don't thing that Julee or Sarilyn for that matter are fake. With the number of years they have been with Abbott they have been through this before and I am sure from their current role in a leadership position as well as part of the rank and file. The call and email last week around the opportunities at Nutrition and AbbVie were what they promised. They are working in the confines of Abbott HR, Abbott M&A and following the terms of the agreement. Timing is never fast enough when you are the one who is anxious nor are the answers to our questions. I believe they are doing the best that they can given everything. That says something as they could have opted to just take care of themselves and not worry about any of us at all.
With all the delays in this transaction and lack of information, I would not be surprised if it gets delayed further or falls apart all together.
