When they leaders of sales have no sales experience the fun is all over. Totally process focused not sales focused. Execute a stupid, ineffective plan because we, who don't know anything, say so.
Ahh. Yes. No sales experience, understanding or skills. Well one thing is for sure....you will never win in a staring contest. Good luck with that
The main Leadership is fine. They seem like reasonable professionals who are steering this ship. The next cast of characters is where I question what is happening on that level. We have crazy eyes, the helicopter pilot, Stone face and twirl-her-hair at the helm. Do they not communicate with the leadership at all? The disconnect is just weird. Then there’s the middle and lower managers who just do whatever they want without regard to leadership’s direction. It’s nice leadership takes and (somewhat) answer questions from the field. Crazy eyes should not be allowed to speak-just glare, that’s enough to scare most folks into submission.
