The good and smart ones will not. The naive and clueless ones will wait until LOE collapse of the division like Pfizer did Opthamology and Psych
If you have 100 reps of 265 post for another company, then you have mass problem that can not be fixed. The ship has already sunk if half the reps are posting & interviewing.
They best performers & business savvy will be the ones to bolt 1st.
It will save Pfizer money from having to layoff 50% in November as they are currently discussing.
 




Bottom line it is not good in the Xeljanz division. Poor hiring of leadership led to poor hiring of secondary managers who hired poor reps the past few years. That is how you destroy a good organization.
(When Xeljanz leaders rush to hire 18 new DMs and 150 new reps in 60days, you knew it was not going to end up well.
 












I dont think an intential sabatouge could have done as good of a tear down job as the current leadership or Richard & Jeff puppet show.

Its truly is unpresidented fall from greatness like no other in such a very short time period.
Bad decisions, bad hires, listening to PC models & just implosion of a culture---- just truly sad.
 




I&I is truly The City of Atlantis , sunken deep in the ocean slowly being forgotten the next 36 months.
Once a great mighty place now in the abyss of the ocean.
Very sad & perfect example what bad hires & leadership decisions can quickly do to a great multi billion dollar brand.

Richard, Betriss, Jeff. Nice people just out of position in roles that are their weaknesses.
Richard had 18 jobs in 25yrs so no depth at any postion- you cant when changing jobs every 1-2yrs
Betiris is more like DM that is President. The state of PA has more sales than the biggest country she managed.
Jeff is a manufacturing & marketing guy who has never been in sales- not even a rep let alone a DM AM RM RD NSD GM-- & now he is over of the entire sales division (Also needs some humility as he has not earned the right in anything to be arrogant)

That says it all.

Bringing those non clinical PC reps to I&I and only Pfizer RD who was 25yrs w PC who is a wonderful guy but very simplistic in business skills ,, primary care reach freq focus sov lunch learns programs drive sales????

Lotz is a joke of a leader & manager. The guy is way over his head. Tries to portray a certain imagine to reps then real self is slamming JD straight w female employees, talking about male employees wives, make off comments about blacks & mexicans, he is just a walking idiot. Says one thing but does opposite behind the scenes. ZERO Character & arrogant beyond belief & for nothing other than to build his own insecurities.

No one cares about Xeljanz. All they do is spend all day posting on cafe Pharma about the good ol days. There are tons of other products at Pfizer and good pipeline.

Derm has strong portfolio. They potentially have a new product coming out each year for the next 3 years.

If you look at this message board it’s pretty much every other post complaining about Xeljanz. Not happy this. Not happy that. Interviewing elsewhere etc etc. They are also over staffed by 2 to 1 and in some cases have to visit Dr with their territory overlap just to have enough hcps to call on. Totally get their in a tough spot but outside of that Pfizer is a promising place. We are lucky we still have jobs.
