What reps think of acell







Lol....another disgruntled employee who couldn’t sell and blaming others. Better start practicing “would you like fries with that?”

Dd and Tb are stellar leaders. The lower ranked younger reps are posting lies.

To anyone wondering what TB and DD are really like to work for, just read these two quotes and you will see their style of passive aggressive "leadership" as well as them projecting rather than correcting their poor behavior.
 


















We all know the director of sales is a moron. We all know he provides zero value and has no impact on our sales. Yes, it’s frustrating and it’s embarrassing but we still have a number to hit for ourselves and our teams.

There’s nothing we can do about the clown taking credit, but everyone knows this guy is a joke so just move on and make your money

Unfortunately, this post is accurate.

Ok Christmas is over. I want to throw in my few cents:

1. If you don’t appreciate the technology we have the honor of selling, you just don’t get it. Not works damn well and is relatively inexpensive. It takes very little maintenance when used on wounds. In surgery, no real complications or need for explanation because it resorts into body.

2. I absolutely agree that we have very inexperienced people running sales and they run a toxic culture to boot. They’re the leftovers from who wasn’t fired or didn’t go to greener pastures.

3. I agree the executives are way out of their league and the shareholders don’t know what’s going on and are asleep at the wheel. there were a lot of good people at corporate over the years and they’ve since left.

4. The failures above speak to my first point. Despite all the limitations and obstacles and lack of support we have, the product is so good we just keep on selling. The company is doing just fine financially (despite lots of waste and mismanagement) and at least some of us are doing gangbusters personally. We’re a great target for a company with management that knows what they’re doing but frankly I’m glad management has failed at that. I won’t be able to score a gig that makes me this much personal income with this much freedom and ability to just babysit my super accounts.

5. All the whining about a few sales managers is getting old and is transparent as to who you probably are. Either put in some productive commentary here, tell us something we don’t already know, or quit and leave us alone.

I don’t blame the unqualified people that were promoted. It’s not their fault. It’s the fault of the director of sales who just wants weak people around him so he won’t get exposed and so these people will just nod their heads in agreement when he says stupid things. Most of the TMs and area managers hate this guy and know the director of sales is an absolute joke.

these two are such a f-ing joke. Faking their way through the job and praying nobody notices how terrible and lost they are. Funny thing is that they rip each other behind the others back. The midget complains that buffalo sucks as a manager and buffalo says his boss is a tiny little prick who just pretends to know what he’s doing. It’s amazing how they make fun of each other but pretend to be “boys”. Brah, I thought we were boys brah.

I can’t name one person that respects the director of sales. Everyone in my area and everyone I went to training with thinks he’s a complete joke riding the wave of our hard work and success.
