Not feeling left out at all. Very comfortable watching this group of unqualified peacocks getting dog walked all across this “anonymous” board that is being viewed by every employee at ACell and many potential head hunters.
 






If it’s performance base why do the people who win awards win them ? Pretty sure DA has declined Year over year. Also JS winning last year for best absolute travesty. Didn’t even manage his whole area the whole year....

Wait. Major banks didn’t want to invest in a sales company where the director of sales is an inexperienced moron with no college degree or clue on how to sell? Are you saying repeating the word “passion” isn’t actually sales strategy? I’m shocked.

Are you telling me the salesmen, because there are no women in Sales Leadership at ACell, were unable to close the financing deal for the IPO with investors. I guess they should go on a PIP to get rid of their non-performing a**. Maybe consider a female or a person of color to replace all the ego driven white males at ACell. Am I the only one that looks around and sees such a lack of diversity at this place???
 






Maybe you dumb asses aired your dirty laundry out one too many times on CP and killed the deal. Way to shoot your self in the foot. This second rate company just turned into an afterthought. Good luck trying to get a good job under the circumstances once thing fully implodes. Ohhhh, and F your lack of diversity comment. Yes, you are the only one but don’t worry you probably won’t be here long. We mainly hire white males that are physically fit and young attractive females that are willing to smile and show alittle cleavage to the docs. Don’t believe me, look around. Check out the new “talent” we bring in. Yes, this is good. People buy from people they like and attractive people are liked. Get over it, we don’t sugar coat things here. Either get the job done or go somewhere else. If you’re not cutting it, we’ll help you along in that process. That’s what we call a PIP.
 






Don’t blame the director of sales. It’s not his fault he has no clue what he’s doing, no experience, and is a terrible leader. How could he be qualified when his pervious company was selling golf tees in a pro shop? Even DD knows he’s just a big dope faking his way through the job. He’s just trying to hang on to the luckiest thing that ever happened to him. I don’t blame him. The person at fault is whoever put him in that role and didn’t recognize he’s a goofball with no integrity and no true leadership skills.

Very true!! And it wasn’t for his stellar selling or management ability. It was for Defense, which is blocking scoring. That’s what Tony is great at, blocking things/interfering with scoring. He is the enemy of progress. He should be fired for interfering with commerce. Know who else was a Hall of Famer??... Muggsy Bogues
