Announcement today regarding Derica Rice's yearend retirement. Certainly not pushed out. Early 80 point retirement. Lots of time for him to become board member of several companies.

DR forced D.Rice out. DR knows the performance of business is not good and he is taking out those around him to preserve his existence. DR will not last in job. Internal employees will drink the kool-aid. Wall Street knows better and when DR does not deliver in next 24 months the doors will close. DR has destroyed the morale of the company. He is afraid of smart people.

Oncology is a mess. More shake ups needed. Great example is dead weight D DeMarco. Useless busy work and no true leadership vision.

No the real story was that he was told to leave. He was a huge liability to the point that he couldn't be "protected" any more.
