Happening in the USA too. Unrealistic work loads are literally killing people. They want to trim 5% expense yet add 95% more work.

A sign of a toxic work environment can be where employees do not feel safe respectfully raising concerns, sharing ideas or asking questions. This employee cares and is not questioning your leadership, position or intelligence.

I am open to other opinions - why? Because I am an adult and know I am not the smartest one in the room. I know I am not the most creative one in the room. And I am not threatened by this and instead value others and their talents.

Insecure leaders masking their insecurity with arrogance can be so frickin toxic.
