What in the world is wrong with GSK?

You're not wrong! EW has been in over her head since day 1 and she shows no signs of improving.
Why does she need to improve, she’s been overpaid for a long time and continues to keep her job. She’s the most phony CEO on the planet. The many failures of the company somehow don’t reflect on her leadership. How long can she hide from the reality that she’s a terrible leader.

A number of reasons to stay at GSK range from comfort level in their current position, gaining experience to bridge to another pharmaceutical company or not to far from retirement of 5 years or less.
It does seem dysfunctional here but many pharma companies are dysfunctional in one way or another.
If GSK had a strong portfolio and pipeline, other than a vaccine or two, morale would float upwards.
Things won't change here which is a reflection of it's market price over the past 15 years.
If you don't enjoy your work here take a risk and leave.
Take a risk and leave? I’d say it’s a MUCH bigger risk to stay.

Emma so sad about DEI‘s demise. She has been the biggest beneficiary of it. 8 years of shit performance. Time for her to go and give it to someone based on merit not meat curtains…
