What Do You Like About Grifols?

Lost a good man in the NE....wonder why?

Hmmmm, let's see could it be

1. 38.3% quota on A8

2. 9% quota on A9

3. promote Flebo--get peanuts

4. Working too many weekends

5. Salesfarce.com

6. New car every 100,000 miles

7. No marketing material

8. Grifols shirts

9. 5:00 pm training conference calls that last almost 2 hours due to
RL butting in

10. It's not the same fun place anymore thanks to recent changes

I like the way we are cleaning house, 2 managers, 3 reps in less than
9 months!! The new Director of Sales is on the right track. Morale has never been better. We need to realize that he knows what is best for us, just
look at his background. What better choice to lead our sales force. He did a
stellar job in marketing, sure most of the sales aids were recalled but that
was not his fault, it was Spain or the printing company that caused the recalls.
Did he not relate to us all of his selling tips from his days in the field, taking photos of the little kids at camp, etc. Calling on his mentor Dr. Logan, a great speaker and respected medical director. We will all be better off learning the
Lethagen paper and that sodium thiocyanate is not really a viral inactivation
step for Mononine. Don't worry about the 38.3% quota for Alphanate because
now we need to push Flebo Dif or is it just the Flebo, I'm so confused! I'm
looking forward to my end of the year $2500.00 cause I know with RL's
guidance we WILL make our numbers. I also plan on winning the trip this year
although I haven't heard any of the specs for it, oh well, it's only mid September. I sure hope we fill our vacancies soon, maybe we could get
some great Glaxo or Merck reps to join, that would be great--they know how
to present clinicals!

So far I'd say he is doing a better job as director. Just one more incompetent manager to "clean out" & I assure filling vacancies will be no problem. Now get to work!

Once again I say.......I like workin for Grifolds because of the nice peeples that I work on. They are very kind and helpful and wear pretty clothes. Sometimes their choice of matching colors and fabric is bad but at lest they are clean. I also like working for a Spanish company, especially since Nadal beat Federer.

The products I sale are not the best but i gets paid lots of monies and drive a new car. I am happy but my manager...she kinda drives me crazy with her constant humming and passing of gases.

Addios muchacha y muchachos

Please do as the man/woman says, "Go back to work", you have a 38.3%
increase to achieve. They are right , everyone will want to come to work
here. The leadership from our upper management is awesome! and the environment is so positive. The open door policy to share ideas and concerns
is amazing, I'm so glad I've taken the RL kool-aid, he is the Man!!!
I suddenly feel like going fishing in my cool car.
