Wow some things don’t change. I left Shire because of JM. I wanted to like her but couldn’t believe how manipulative, undermining, genuinely un self-aware she was. She truly should have been a politician. At least I am not the only one to recognize how toxic she is. Thankfully leaving was the best decision for my career and happiness. This thread won’t do anything to hurt her while at Shire but in years to come when people search her this Black Plague history will follow her everywhere.
 






The trouble with Shire is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt. Julie needs to get rid of any doubts and drive the West forward. She doesn't need to listen to stupid reps.
 






Julie is doing a great job in a very difficult situation. She inherited a region that was about to go under due to a culture that did not address poor performers and embraced a political good old boys club. The region's Rx #s are now trending upward and you don't have to be a white male to get promoted. Change can be frightening, and the temptation is often to resist it. But change almost always provides opportunities - to learn new things, to rethink tired processes, and to improve the way we work. Go Julie!!!!!

BS. Julie has forced outbreaks repswoth good numbers. She is afraid of anyone who is honest with her. She doesn’t care about you or anyone else. Notice how the West was doing well under SS?

Julie, you are the worst leader and also the most annoying person to talk with. I can hardly plaster on a fake smile when I see you these days.

This whole feminism crap is so old. This Company is a shit show because you can’t be critical of the performance of a woman, minority or someone in the LGBTQXYZPTR Community. They always drop the gender, black brown or queer card because that’s all they have. They don’t have the aptitude, talent, or skill to be in the particular position they hold so they have to call everyone every name in the book. Julie is a horrible ZD, it’s not because she is a woman, or because she has Tourette’s... it’s because she has no clue what she is doing. She has no skills. Plain and simple.

As physics has proven, we're ultimately particulate matter, which means we are all one. That's why racial, sexual, and gender biases are so ridiculous. It is a shame we still hire idiots. Plain and simple, Julie is a great leader!!

You must not be in the West Zone as everyone knows from first hand experience what an inept leader she is. I’ve yet to witness an intelligent, strategic or motivational conversation with her. Most of the time we are all left confused and our RD has to cover up for her. That’s far and few now as it is obvious she is a hot mess and not taken seriously. Enjoy your summer, get the popcorn and let’s see how this movie ends.
 












Julie's leadership style does not mean running away from reality. Sometimes the hard truths might demoralize the weak reps, but at other times sharing difficulties can inspire people to take action that will make the situation better. I support her 110%. Negative trolls get lost!
 












Doesn’t matter. Weak reps will stay and strong ones will leave. That’s the point- there is know loyalty or trust. This is the most attention the WZ has ever received and it’s shameful. SS come back!

When you hear someone criticize a management style/policy on the other side, that's fine. But when you start hearing motive-mongering and demonization, stand up to it just as you would if it were something that was racist or sexist. If we avoid the demonization, disagreements can be positive. As for the post touting SS, unfortunately, he did not produce the sales #s management expected.

What in then world are you yammering on about? You’re incredibly full of yourself and I’m betting you’re also not that bright. You can’t police thoughts here, and these are all reactions to Julie’s horrible leadership. Julie is most certainly an evil person, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

SS was amazing and if they didn’t think he could do a job they wouldn’t have given him the SAME freaking job somewhere else! Also, I’m doubting you’re privy to what “leadership” thinks. You’re a total twat.
