Julie is doing a great job in a very difficult situation. She inherited a region that was about to go under due to a culture that did not address poor performers and embraced a political good old boys club. The region's Rx #s are now trending upward and you don't have to be a white male to get promoted. Change can be frightening, and the temptation is often to resist it. But change almost always provides opportunities - to learn new things, to rethink tired processes, and to improve the way we work. Go Julie!!!!!

You must not be in the West Zone as everyone knows from first hand experience what an inept leader she is. I’ve yet to witness an intelligent, strategic or motivational conversation with her. Most of the time we are all left confused and our RD has to cover up for her. That’s far and few now as it is obvious she is a hot mess and not taken seriously. Julie's leadership style does not mean running away from reality. Sometimes the hard truths might demoralize the weak reps, but at other times sharing difficulties can inspire people to take action that will make the situation better. I support her 110%. Negative trolls get lost!
When you hear someone criticize a management style/policy on the other side, that's fine. But when you start hearing motive-mongering and demonization, stand up to it just as you would if it were something that was racist or sexist. If we avoid the demonization, disagreements can be positive. As for the post touting SS, unfortunately, he did not produce the sales #s management expected.I am glad I left. Julie is the worst.
