WE SAID GOODBYE TO A LOYAL SHIPMATE THIS WEEK; BUT DON'T WORRY, THE BOSUN AND HIS BULLY BOY'S AT FELTHAM HARBOUR WERE ONTO IT IN A FLASH. THEY MINIMISED THE DAMAGE BY PREVENTING THE COST OF ALLOWING TOO MANY OF US ON DECK TO PAY OUR RESPECTS. AND THE CHARITY DONATION WAS KEPT TO A MINIMUM TOO (MESSAGE FROM THE WESINATOR: 'PROUD OF YA BOY'S!!! GOTTA PAY BACK THAT 370 MILLION SOMEHOW')

WE REALLY PLUMBED NEW DEPTHS THIS WEEK. DIDN'T THINK WE COULD GET ANY LOWER; I WAS WRONG. MAYDAY... MAYDAY... SINKING FAST.........
 
























A company built upon the foundation of the quality of it's staff systematically stripped and de-valued in the vain hope of recovering money over-borrowed by greedy idiots. Meanwhile the people who were the very essence of Marken's value have slipped through their fingers to find homes with their rivals. If they had set out with the intention of ballsing it up it would have been impossible to have done a better job.

Seeing Wheeler in the States and Connolly and Aubrey in the UK over the last few years has been like watching a group of toddlers playing with a Rolex watch. They'd been told it was valuable but they had no idea why, so guess what, they've broken it.

So please just go away now and let the few of us that care enough to have stayed a chance to pick up the pieces.
 






it is apparent from all the remarks that relate to marken that those who do care have lost faith they have tried.. but with no were else to turn have resorted to this site to vent there frustration.. it's what happens when the owners refuse to listen its easy to dismiss the coments in all honesty thou the owners need to take note it is a well respected site and the talk around the pharmaceutical & logistic roadshows both here in Europe & USA is of marken its unhappy staff and those with great experience that have moved on to its cometitors.. marken was its staff its experience.. a premium service managed by people at the top of there game.. call maken today and its a can't do attitude awful C/S in the USA rude with poor.. good luck to all still there who care
 






MARKEN

It's true the company are loosing staff here in the US & Europe.. experienced staff leaving or being 'layed off' I guess it cant go on for ever losses each month.. these guys will call a halt one day??

CS in UK are struggling too.....No training, poor leadership and lack of focused direction, all topped off with the feeling that job's are constantly under threat with valid opinions and suggestions ridden over by arrogance and ego.

As a long suffering Marken employee I can only hope the rumours of Wheelers going is true. He has destroyed the company, killed the service and the people. The only concern I have is the teflon coated SOB will get another job and get the chance of destroying another company and ruining more lives. Be afriad people, be very afraid, if he lands up as CEO of your company, just quit. Save on the heartache and despair and cancerous culture he brings. I should have done it months ago as its a lost cause.
 






Depends where you are based but I wouldn't blame WW for everything especially in the UK where the joint is run by a bunch of clowns who are in it for themselves and their mates, employing family members and best mates to the detriment of Marken UK, letting quality staff go while the nieces and nephews stay on without a brain cell between them. No new business in years, just losing the business they did have and the sales team of 2 sit in the office all week.

I suppose WW should have taken note and cracked some skulls together in the UK but maybe he was sucked in by their BS, they are very good at it.


Time to quit before the whole thing collapses and there will be loads of us trying to get into WC QIC and PDP

My friend.Do not confuse your personal grievances with the wider need of Marken. Coker, Nigel and Hayer are all secondary symptoms of the cancer called Wheeler. Marken has always been run in nepotism! Nigel, Coker and Hayer are just local extension of that culture.Don't dilute the attention and focus on the real problem which is Weasel Wheeler.A a long suffering employee I remember the not to distance days of happiness and contentment, job pride and satisfaction before WW ego landed and screwed this once great company. Nigel,Coker and Jay are secondary cancers to the SOB primary cancer killing Marken. WW will walk away richer and smugger and again blameless as long as we deflect attention to symptoms of Wheelers disease!

Toot! Toot! it's Tug Boat Willy here again to give us all a lesson in customer service, man management and SOP's (Silly Old Procedure's)

He's been in his cabin all month shouting through his porthole whilst trying to eat the turkey that he had prepared for the angling party he had on board ship. Imagine the fisher mens disappointment when they discovered their prize bird had been over-cooked and ruined by the outside caterers Tug had brought in. If only he'd stuck to the rules and demanded to see the service records for the oven they used instead of just a photo or two and some Turkish Gobbledy Gook. Still whats a breach of contract amongst friends.

And anyway no one will never know now that he has dialed 999 and as if by magic the rescue voyage to save his bacon never happened! He'll hide the cost some where, maybe he could throw another driver overboard? What are they good for anyway?

Who's this crying at Tug's door? Why it's that little Shitsu Mugglee. Ahhh! it's Tuesday and he's here for his weekly stroke and pat on the head from his old mate Tuggers. Have those nasty big dogs been pissing on you again? Yap! Yap! Yap! whine! whine! whine! said Mugglee. Well don't you take any notice, said Tug, you get back to your kennel, you're the boss! And with that the little shitsu trotted off for another week, his backside wiggling where his tail and gonads had once been. See you next Tuesday shouted Tug. Ahhh! he thought what would I do without my little Mugglee, what a shitsu! love ya man!!

Now back to that Turkey Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
 






And all while another decent employee is on his way out.. to a competitor .. Mr Connolly still in hiding unable to show his face.. loooooks like management are content to keep him & Tug in his place .. cant see the wood for the trees..
