• Make it like cafepharma, but for different industries: over the years we’ve had suggestions for creating a site similar to cafepharma, but for different industries. Now there is a place. Check out CompanyUnderground for company forums in other industries. Don’t see a company? Request it here. Let your friends and family outside the pharma/medical sales space know they now have a safe, anonymous place to talk.

Warning to all appliants!

Definitely a joke of a company. I won't go into details, but I was lied to numerous times and that is enough. If you apply here, you are wasting your time.
Sure, if you get the job, you have a bad job with no future. Save your time for better situations. Better situations are out there, trust me.

RUN..... The other way! You are better off working at a retail store. PUBLICIS LIES lies lies lies then tells some more lies.

First ....they say in interview that the length of the contract is two years....then you find out it's for 7 months.
2nd..... They say payroll check will be direct deposited..... They MAIL it to you until they get damn well ready to make it a direct deposit. You NEVER get paid on the dates they say you will. It's always after the payday ex, but they can't send an email and alert you to NON PAY DAY!
3rd..... Reimbursement is only every two weeks for you to file it. Your manager can take their good ole sweet time about getting around to approving it (holding your $$$), and then it's 2 WEEKS from when you submitted it before you get YOUR $$$ back!!! They are using your money for their cash flow.
4th..... Plan on having at least $300-400 of your money tied up in gas for PUBLICIST.

Any positions available in West Palm Beach, Fl area? I applied a few weeks back but haven't heard either way and I'm wondering if it's been filled. I would prefer not a contract job also, but the pickings are slim so save the negative comments please

How can anyone take a poster who defends a contract company seriously?

Just shut up and stop lying to people. Your probably never worked an honest day in your life, lazy and stupid, and now add liar. Wow. Piece of shit.

Sorry for the delayed response. Haha, yeah, I work pretty hard for this company. Lots of people do. More than you know. You can call me stupid, or a POS, but not lazy and not a liar. I guess I don't really need to defend the company, but I am not the only one who is committed to our mutual success. This is a great place to work. Simple as that, and there are plenty of people with much better things to do than post anonymously here who feel the same way. I needed a break. Back to work. Good talk!

Mole! Nice try, Publicis HR or PR! NO ONE thinks this is a great place to work!

Honest question ? Would like an honest answer ? Why do we keep putting ourselves back in this pharma mess? I ask bc I really don't know myself???? It is unstable, unrealistic goals, the pay is so much less than it used to be. Managers are all pricks ... Not a good situation ! Do you think we stay bc we hope it will turn around or bc no other industry/ company will hire us????? Thought provoking for certain ...

Its hard to beat the pay in pharma. and work/life balance. There is so much structure in pharma. also, which makes the day to day activites relatively easy compared to other sales jobs. Stay in it as long as you can, and move up in it, as far as you can go. That is my advice.

It is possible to transfer your skills to medical devices, disposables or medical equipment but you have to be at the top of your game and be prepared for a longer sales cycle. The pay is better than pharma, with no patent cliffs. Reimbursements erode over the lifetime of the products BUT you need good platforms (equipment) and the competition can be fierce. You need to get on with a good company with great products (GE, Baxter, Siemans, BD, Roche).

Those companies really have a stranglehold on the market too. You have to be a real sell out to work for them.

In other words, a real piece of work that is not aware just how much these companies overcharge and abuse their customers.

Oh shut the fuck up your incoherent dummy. None of those companies listed above would ever even interview a low rent CSO sample jockey.

It will defintely hurt your resume more than you can believe.

my advice is to NEVER enter the world of contract. It is a terrible move. It is better to just go with an aveage B2B sales job, if you want to make a score later on with a medical device or very high paying pharma.

If you do contract, you will get labeled and your career will go backwards...for most people...hot women can do what they want, because they will always get the job if they are half way intelligent.

In all seriousness, taking a job at Publicis will sink your career pretty dam quick. I will let you figure out why.

If you do take a job here, don't put it on the resume. Just look for another job, and then NEVER put it on here.

You are welcome.

I am interviewing for a WH position for Duchesnay. Does it matter who the contract is with or are all jobs with PSS crap?
