Vegas Meeting

I agree wasn’t bad. Rooms nice. Elevator wait times were fantastic compared to previous meetings. Also appreciated lack of role play and some of the future of health care sessions. Why having to stay Thursday night and having only hour and 1/2 on Friday am is a waste. Must be a contracting/tax write off issue. If going to stick to 4 night meeting, wish they would consider a true free night. Monday- welcome like normal. Tuesday - team dinners. Wednesday- free night. Thursday - awards dinner. Friday- let people get up and fly home.

Good ideas on future NSMs. I agree the Venetian was a great venue for our meeting - - - go back in a heart beat! I would prefer the Awards Dinner to be done on Tuesday with team dinners on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is departure => starting early morning. I also would like Vas and Basel execs to schedule a town hall session on pharma's future and Novartis strategies to win. Overall, Vegas was a success.
