Update on the Downsizing Plans

We all know the cuts are coming soon...the best thing anyone can do is be ready and have everything in order. I have been realigned here several times and even laid off last year. I was lucky to be rehired, and it's really hard for me to stomach the possibility of being laid off again this year or putting my family through this again. My best advise to anyone who is let go, is to take it in strides. It's going to be really easy to stress yourself out. A lot is going to be thrown at you at once. I will say this, Novartis has been very fare with severance and getting you through the process. Good luck.

Just wait and see. Impact lists are going out today for release tomorrow. Don't say I did not warn you.
 


















MD's did have conf call on magnitude of downsizing today. My FLM just left me in a panic after getting a text message from ours. All she said is that the size of the reduction is larger than she ever imagined. Plus she learned how many FLMs are gone too.

BS. First, an MD would never be dumb enough to TEXT info like that. 2nd, you would never post that your DM just left you, after getting the text, and divulging that info behind the MDs back. That would pretty much identify you to your manager as the leak.

Again, this is not anything new. I think we all know that this is going to be huge.
I think everyone just needs to be prepared for the news and maybe it won't be such a "shock"
 






seriously people FLM's are ALL in the same boat we are. So if you have a question just ask them what they know. The company is not going to tell the FLM's something the don't want reps to know. I asked mine...he knows what we know. I belive him

I was sitting in my car with her she got a text from our MD. My manager and our MD were reps together in the past so they have a long relationship with each other. I have worked for my manager for years and we are very close and she yold me why she was so upset. So go fuck yourself. Sometimes there is a little more to the story than appears dickface.

Who is worried about managers policing this site for information at a time like this??? Everyone is at risk to be let go and there was no specific information that was shared. What could a manager be in trouble for dumbass?! Everyone knows there are going to be lay off! That was said last year. Good job Columbo.
