Your superiors rose their level through achievement. Sounds like you are barely hanging on at the bottom. We have an outstanding team of leaders at Labcorp. You would be wise to learn from them. The path you are on leads to nowhere.

Oxymoron is one word. Perhaps you should learn basic grammar before criticizing your superiors. Labcorp has the finest management team in the industry. You are privelaged to work under our leadership. Even if you are too simple to recognize it.

Regardless of one word or two grammar nazi, It is still true. Next time you call someone out and criticize their grammar, you better spell check "privileged" next time champ...... Labcorp management is nothing other than inbred managers, in the sense of no training other than their manager teaching them the ropes from they way they learned.. There is no training for anybody at this company and certainly no management training by a world class trainer or organization. All labcorp does is throw you in and say good luck (for the most part) nobody recognizes labcorp as a great training program or a top notch management. Labcorp is recognized for great testing capabilities but certainly not for training or management. It's no wonder you underlings want to form a union. If you are actually in management and really believe what you say than it is obvious that you are a horrible leader/manager. Good managers listen, fact find, put an action plan in place/resolve and make things better. You my friend are a corporate drone and display the IQ of a nat..

We are a top notch professional organization that expects our employees to have the skills necessary to succeed and we have a management team to match that. If you need your hand held, take your training wheels elsewhere. This is the big leagues.

Big leagues? More like recess in the schoolyard. Look up labcorp on any site that lists top companies, you won't find it. Keep drinking the Kool aid drone....

Show me proof of any reputable organization that rates companies for talent management and great companies to work for? Then I will take you serious. If you hire people that already have the skills then why is your turnover so high? Managers making bad hires ? Sounds like the people that are hiring are inept or they don't give people the tools to succeed. Can't put it all on the employee, a lot of the burden has to be on the manager and organization.

It obviously annoys you to be confronted by highly intelligent and wildly successful people, such as your superiors. So why do you que yourself up for more discipline. On a weekend, no less. Hasn't life beaten you down enough already? Don't worry, we will still be there Monday morning to put you in your place.

From an employee, always blaming others, desperately needing help and unable to make the cut in his low level position. You may think your superiors acquired their titles from good looks alone. That would make sense to someone with no understanding for business or our industry.

It is embarrassing to think that we might actually employ someone like you and that you could be talking to our valued customers. I hope you are not an actual Labcorp employee at any level. I hope others reading this will know that our standards are significantly higher and that you are not the norm.
 









No one except underachievers, hoping to ride on the backs of others, should be interested in a union. That topic should be put to rest by the hard working successful producers in our organization.

If unions weren't formed, today you currently wouldn't have salaries, benefits, OSHA, FMLA, pensions, and many many other things employees and unions fought for. If it weren't for unions we wouldn't have the EPA, and so many other things you take for granted in the workplace.. To be fair unions start to take advantage as well but you need unions to keep companies honest just like democrats need republicans and vice versa. Otherwise things spin way out if control and become one sided ..

I have never been a member of a union and I am compensated very well. And I have no desire to have my compensation redistributed to others that cannot or will not pull their own weight. And pay dues to the organization that does it.
