Union













Hello we have been through this in NJ the union cannot get you higher increases or better healthcare. All they can promise you is union dues. And do you think JJ can't win this fight too?

Of course a union can negotiate healthcare! Vacation time, hours, lunches, process on letting an employee go. They can't make any promises but when a union strikes is when thr negotiations start..there is a good chance a union will win in PA
 






















































To clarify exempt positions are not able to form a union. This sales that gets screamed at, demeaned, sexually harassed etc have no choice but to take it.

Managers can be bullied, demeaned, etc as well they are exempt. Call the NRLB they will be happy to I form you they can do nothing for you and you can be fired for whatever the company wants to make up

Not sure who this joker is but sales reps can be apart of a union! Now, the commission structure true would probably change from a sales for bonus type structure and go to a metrics based sales incentive.. But the work responsibilities would be better clarified and not strayed from by higher ups and the benefits would be much better.. Sign me up!

Salaried and exempt workers CAN be apart of a union.. Pretty sure teachers are salaried and exempt........... Versus teacher sides, cafeteria workers, janitors etc..
 
























There is not a large enough bargaining unit in any state to entice a union to enter into the cost of a union fight with a company with as much resources as LabCorp. And there is no sense complaining to HR your boss will find out and you will be retaliated against because your boss brings in the big dough and no one is going to fire him
 






You would go after each division, how many labs in each division are there? How many lab employees and sales people? People will not mind paying dues if it will stop the harassment and belittling of employees.
