It is cool that Genentech plans on hiring a ton of reps. So cool that they place so much value on the stolen documents from Amgen. How excellent is it that Genentechs compliance must approve of the stolen documents since no one has to worry about losing a job. Great that compliance looks the other way.

The rep driving around in the Mercedes and putting fake call and a meal charge on the sunshine act on the doctor dying of cancer, was from, well,,,,,,,,,Iowa

The rep that turned over the stolen documents from Amgen on the loyalty discounts was from,,,well,,,,,,,,Iowa!

The rep that submitted the display fee to help fund gift cards was from,,,, well,,,,, Iowa!

Can you imaging how Dr. Saltz and Dr. Peter Back from Sloan Kettering would roast Ian Clark and Dr. Sandra Horning on the cost of drugs as they provide a Mercedes and 200k a year to a rep to put in fake calls on a doctor dying of cancer. That would not be good since Dr. Horning is a former president of ASCO. So awful what is happening at Genentech.

Turning over documents marked confidential with loyalty discounts. Asinine is another manager and regional manager having these documents and placing a warning letter in the file of an employee for questioning these documents. Whats asinine is Genentech's compliance guru MC hiring outside legal counsel to have the documents destroyed. The white rep that came over from Amgen that turned over documents, the white manager from the Denver accepted, the white compliance guru and white outside legal counsel demanding that the documents are destroyed. Why was this person hired turning over stolen documents? Why are these people that are aware of the stolen documents still employed?

Oh, and yes, the internal compliance that cut the check. Compliance failed at all three levels. You paid a rep and manager over 400k a year in wages and benefits to submit a display fee for gift cards. Amazing since there are recoverable documents all over the place with the information. The same complaince department where the compliance guru hired outside legal counsel to review. The same compliance department that kept the manager and rep employed involved in this activity that openly violated Genentechs compliance policy.

Explain to them the high costs of drugs due to the need to pay for the display fee for gift cards program and to pay thousands for outside legal counsel. Oh and costs for the salary for the manager that approved the display fee for gift card scam, the same manager that showed up to work for 3 hours in an 11 month period with a rep.

Let us know when are going on 60 minutes to debate with the good doctors!! I am guessing the national audience, including Cancer patients that will be viewing will find the activity troubling.

The information on the manager that showed up to work for a total of 3 hours in an 11 month period was brought to the attention of the RM. The RM responded that she would support the DM, even if he did not show up to work at all!! Can you imagine if she went on 60 minutes and shared that information with Dr Daltz and Dr. Bach from Slian Kettering. Cancer patients experiencing financial toxicity to the point of bankruptcy and a RM looking the other way paying a manager 200-300k in wages and benefits to not go to work. Even HR and compliance knew about the manager not going to work and they had no response. Nothing more than stealing from Cancer Patients. Very noble.

We locked out Genentech reps over two years ago. We have a staff meeting at 7am tomorrow morning. I like reviewing this site for the latest scams by the Ken and Barbie doll reps at Genentech. This is great to know about the gift card scam. We can now inform our staff of the activity the Genentech sales prostitutes are up to. Thanks for sharing!
