Troy C to unveil another mass expansion

REALLY? Do tell...

OMG! Too Funny! A rep submits for a display fee to underwrite gift cards, a manager approves and internally, they cut a check. Compliance violations at all three steps.

Just curious, was there a letter of request? Let me guess, the rep and manager can't read. Nice defense. Providing a display fee for gift cards and then not attend.

How do these people keep a job? Ian, Troy, Nancy, what the hell is going on?

Display fees for gift cards, fake calls on a doctor dying of cancer. Turning over loyalty discount sheets marked confidential from Amgen. The list goes on and on.

What type of leadership keeps people employed involved with this activity?

Looks like the ship is taking water Ian, Troy and Nancy.

Sandra Horning is the former President of ASCO, now part of the executive committee at Genentech. Part of the executive committee that has people putting in fake calls on a doc dying of cancer, stolen documents from Amgen and display fees for gift cards.

Kind of tarnishes the office of President of ASCO?

I think someone should get a comment from current President, Julie Vose.

You are so wrong that Genentech reps provide no value. Our rep submitted for a display fee and her manager approved. She was not even going to attend the display and yet submitted a display fee and her manager from St. Louis approved the display fee so we could provide gift cards at our meeting, even in violation of Genentech Compliance. The word got out and the day before the meeting the display fee was pulled.

This brave rep and manager should receive thousands in recognition bonuses for customer support, even if the activity was a violation of Genentech compliance!!

Was St. Louis also the place where the rep went off and made racist comments about an Asian doctor at a teaching facility? Was the manager approving the display fee for gift cards the same manager running the meeting that the rep went racist and the manager laughed?

The manager approving a display fee for gift cards should be behind bars. Clearly the Feds need to come in and address the situation. Where is compliance, HR and the RM with this type of activity going on? This type of activity is simply horrible. Cancer Patients paying for this. Genentech taking food out of the mouth of a Cancer patient to pay for gift cards.

Shameful. The Executive committee should be behind bars as well for keeping people employed involved in this type of activity. If the Executive committee was placed behind bars, that would serve notice to the industry. Nice job Ian, Troy and Nancy for having this activity going on under your leadership.

For this type of behavior Management should fined personally to teach them a lesson. Take away their cars and homes. So they feels some pain all the bullshit they tell about caring for the patient more like their bank account.

Just like when Troy and Ian rant about integrity at national meetings. Keeping people employed stealing documents from Amgen, gift card exchange for display fees, fake calls. Their rants are so empty given their lack of integrity as leaders. Ian and Troy, why are we paying for outside legal to cover up this unethical activity? Show people the door. Total joke leadership.

Interesting that Sandra Horning attended Medical School at Iowa.

The rep driving around in the Mercedes and putting fake call and a meal charge on the sunshine act on the doctor dying of cancer, was from, well,,,,,,,,,Iowa

The rep that turned over the stolen documents from Amgen on the loyalty discounts was from,,,well,,,,,,,,Iowa!

The rep that submitted the display fee to help fund gift cards was from,,,, well,,,,, Iowa!

Sandra must be from a different world than the reps in Iowa.

Are the employees involved in this type of activity still employed?

I read this stuff and just want to puke. A company providing a salary and a Mercedes to an individual to put in fake calls on a doctor dying of Cancer? This company is nothing but low life's.
Then trading display fees for gift cards? You keep this person employed as well? Just sick. Then stealing documents from Amgen. Incredible.

You really need to be on medication you sound like a complete psycho you know

If Genentech is doing this in Iowa, they should be providing buses and money to casinos and strip clubs next week at ASCO in Chicago. Docs would enjoy Genentech providing buses to casinos with Ian Clark handing out C-Notes to docs to spend. Just like having buses to strip points and having Ian and Sandra Horning handing out dollars to use in the clubs. If you can trade display fees for gift cards in Iowa and no one loses their job, you should be able to provide entertainment opportunities for docs in Chicago. Party!!!

Did the rep that was driving around putting in fake calls on the doc dying of Cancer get canned?

Heard a rumor.

Still amazing that an Amgen employee during the interview process with the Genentech manager is turning over stolen documents marked confidential and the Genentech manager hires this person involved with the theft of documents from the current employer. Heck, even compliance at Genentech knew about it and no one got fired. Amazing.

Sounds like lots of Amgen reps are interviewing with Genentech at ASCO. Could that mean lots of stolen documents will be changing hands? Very cool.

Another cover your butt move by a Pharma c suite leader. Instead of using what you already have in place with relationships and defending this to your bosses, you take the easy way and expand. The only people that will make out like bandits is ZS consultants.
